Thank God for Steve,
In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. God created the earth. It did not evolve, God created it. Yet, the forces of evolution, the worshipers of darwin, have taken the lead in the so called protection of the earth, its environment and animals.
The same people who have brought you euthanasia and abortion have convinced you that they are the ones called to protect God's creation the earth. And we, God's elect, are not only letting them get away with it, we are letting them dictate the lead and orders to us. How very stupid. How very, very stupid of us.
1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. 2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. 4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. 5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.
6 And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters. 7 And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so. 8 And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.
9 And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so. 10 And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good.
11 And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. 12 And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good. 13 And the evening and the morning were the third day.
14 And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: 15 And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.
16 And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. 17 And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth. 18 And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good. 19 And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.
20 And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven. 21 And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good. 22 And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth. 23 And the evening and the morning were the fifth day.
24 And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so. 25 And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27 So God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He him; male and female created He them. 28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish(fill) the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. 29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. 30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.
31 And God saw every thing that He had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day. (Genesis 1:1-31 ACP/KJV)
So, in verse one we see that God created everything, in verse two we see that God created everything from nothing, in verse 26 we see that God made man in His very own image. We know this to be true because when God walked the earth as a man, He came in the very shape of a human. In the same verse and in verse 28 we see God giving dominion, that would be control of the earth, over to man.
Now, I want you to look at why it is us, the Saved, that should be out in front and dictating the terms of the protection of the earth groups.
And Elijah the Tishbite, who was of the inhabitants of Gilead, said unto Ahab, "As the LORD God of Israel liveth, before Whom I stand, there shall not be dew nor rain these years, but according to my word."
And the word of the LORD came unto him, saying, Get thee hence, and turn thee eastward, and hide thyself by the brook Cherith, that is before Jordan. And it shall be, that thou shalt drink of the brook; and I have commanded the ravens to feed thee there. (1 Kings 17:1-4 ACP/KJV)
God has given His chosen the power to stop the rain. He has also given His elect the ability to be fed by the birds of the air. Additionally, God has shown us that we can control the beast of the fields and the elements.
And he(Elisha) turned back, and looked on them(disobedient, misbehaving, disrespectful boys) and cursed them in the name of the LORD. And there came forth two she bears out of the wood, and tare forty and two children of them. (2Ki 2:24 ACP/KJV)
1 Then Moab rebelled against Israel after the death of Ahab. 2 And Ahaziah(Ahab's son) fell down through a lattice in his upper chamber that was in Samaria, and was sick: and he sent messengers, and said unto them, "Go, enquire of Baalzebub the god of Ekron whether I shall recover of this disease."
3 But the angel of the LORD said to Elijah the Tishbite, Arise, go up to meet the messengers of the king of Samaria, and say unto them, 'Is it not because there is not a God in Israel, that ye go to enquire of Baalzebub the god of Ekron?' 4 Now therefore thus saith the LORD, Thou shalt not come down from that bed on which thou art gone up, but shalt surely die. And Elijah departed.
5 And when the messengers turned back unto him(Ahaziah), he(Ahaziah) said unto them, "Why are ye now turned back?" 6 And they said unto him, "There came a man up to meet us, and said unto us, Go, turn again unto the king that sent you, and say unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Is it not because there is not a God in Israel, that thou sendest to enquire of Baalzebub the god of Ekron? therefore thou shalt not come down from that bed on which thou art gone up, but shalt surely die.
7 And he(Ahaziah) said unto them, "What manner of man was he which came up to meet you, and told you these words?"
8 And they answered him, "He was an hairy man, and girt with a girdle of leather about his loins." And he said, "It is Elijah the Tishbite."
9 Then the king sent unto him(Elijah) a captain of fifty with his fifty. And he went up to him(Elijah): and, behold, he sat on the top of an hill. And he spake unto him, "Thou man of God, the king hath said, Come down." 10 And Elijah answered and said to the captain of fifty, "If I be a man of God, then let fire come down from heaven, and consume thee and thy fifty." And there came down fire from heaven, and consumed him and his fifty.
11 Again also he(Ahab's son Ahaziah) sent unto him(Elijah) another captain of fifty with his fifty. And he answered and said unto him, "O man of God, thus hath the king said, Come down quickly." 12 And Elijah answered and said unto them, "If I be a man of God, let fire come down from heaven, and consume thee and thy fifty." And the fire of God came down from heaven, and consumed him and his fifty.
13&14 And he(Ahab's son Ahaziah) sent again a captain of the third fifty with his fifty. And the third captain of fifty went up, and came and fell on his knees before Elijah, and besought him, and said unto him, "O man of God, I pray thee, let my life, and the life of these fifty thy servants, be precious in thy sight. Behold, there came fire down from heaven, and burnt up the two captains of the former fifties with their fifties: therefore let my life now be precious in thy sight."
15 And the angel of the LORD said unto Elijah, Go down with him: be not afraid of him. And he arose, and went down with him unto the king. (2 Kings 1:1-15 ACP/KJV)
So we see that God has given dominion of all to His. "His" stopped the rain, restarted it again, called upon a couple of old grumpy bears to discipline two score unruly boys, had birds feed "His", and allowed one of His to call down fire from heaven and destroy 102 non God fearing, unrepentive men.
Does this mean that you and I can call down fire? Call a bear or two out to deal with a gang of thugs? Look up to and pray to heaven for the heavens to be shut up for 3.5 years? Probably not, not unless God needs to use us for something and that something requires fire from heaven. What it does mean this, we are the ones God has given dominion of the earth to and it is us that should be in the lead for caring for it. It also means that it is us God uses to demonstrates to powers of dominion with, not the darwin followers. Find me a darwin follower who ever supt up the rains for 3.5 years, called fire down from heaven on 51 men, or sicced a couple of ole grumpy bears on a gang of kids.
Now for tomorrow, I would like you to read Matthew 16:1-18, for we, God willing, will be looking at verse 18b and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. We will also be concentrating on the two words used, petros and petra. Stone and Rock. But mostly we will be looking at and working on "and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it".
Men, when thinking about the environment and the care of the earth, try to focus on what God wants you to do with that in which He has entrusted us, His children, with. Think of it like this; Let's say you buy your son or daughter a car. When you give it to them, are you not implying, with the words "here, this is your car", that you expect them to care for the car? Don't you expect them to keep it clean, check the oil, be aware of the brakes, transmission fluid levels, windshield washer levels, to use the proper grade of oil and gas? Don't you in other words expect them to reasonably maintain it?
If they put salt water and metal fillings in the fuel tank instead of gas and then used as an excuse, "Well, my friend Sidney told me he figured it would run on salt water and metal fillings, so we tried it," would you be willing to just say, "Oh, ok, bring it down to Ovide's and have him rebuild the engine and send me the bill."? I don't think so. I think you would probably say something like, "It's not Sidney's car, and if he wants to experiment with stupid ideas, let him experiment with his own car. Now young man, I think you had best get yourself a job, because that engine is going to cost you better than a thousand dollars to fix. And do not expect to use your mom's and my car. You have proven yourself to be irresponsible with your own car and I will not allow you to destroy our car!"
Don't you think God will take the same attitude with us who so blatantly refuse to get involved in the care of His earth, and instead let the Sidneys of the world come up with all kinds of idiotic harebrained schemes?
That little Book we call the Bible has a wealth of information in it. It is your owner's manual so to speak and teaches you how to run and maintain your life and all of God's creation. All you need do is study it, study it as it is written, not as the Sidneys of the world interpret it.
We, as Christians, must turn back to God and His rules, not listen to the Sidneys of the world. We need to get back to understanding that cutting down trees is no different than cutting down a crop of corn. We need to understand that we should not play games with seeds, farm land and the air by filling them with chemicals, just as we need to remember that we shouldn't be putting chemicals in us or our children.
And just because the Sidney has a PhD or MD after his or her name makes no difference. They can't read the KJV. You can, but they can't, and you think they are smarter than you? Let us take back what is our Father's, let us protect that which is our Father's, let us not let the Sidneys of the world intimidate us any longer. Unlike the car, our Father is going to totally fix and rebuild this earth He has entrusted to us one day (See 2 Peter 3:7). But until that time we are going to have to live on this planet, drink the water, breathe the air and eat the food that is here. How we maintain this great earth God created and turned over to us is going to determine how good the food we eat is, how clean and healthy the air we breathe and water we drink are.
Remember, the same people who bring you abortion, euthanasia, and vaccines are telling you what you can and can not do in the maintenance of our Father's creation, the earth.
Sha'al shalowm Yruwshalaim.
Never ever forget this: There aint no purgatory!

The difference between a true preacher and a false preacher comes down to this. The true preacher uses God's word to convict of sin, the false preacher twist God's word to justify sin. The Lord our God, Christ Jesus be with you always, amen.
The Lord our God, Christ Jesus, be with you all and please keep your pastor and me in your prayers. Amen. My prayer daily is "Lord please bless those tenfold who bless me."
Pray for the President, pray for Attorney General John Ashcroft, pray for me, pray for all those who open their mouths or take pen in hand in an effort to sway public opinion.
The Lord God of the Universe, Messiah Y'shua be with you all, amen.
It is better to be a horse fly in the stables of the Lord Jesus than the CEO of hell.
All Scripture quoted, in both sermons and daily thoughts, except when done by a guest, is from the ACP/authorized 1611 King James Version. The words in red are those quotes of God the Son, the Lord Jesus and the words in purple are those qoutes spoken directly by God the Father and the words in this sickly greenish color are of satan. But all of the Bible is spoken by God and should be viewed as God's handbook for us to run our lives by 2 Timothy 3:16.
