ACP, The fundamental Christian outreach to and for the various un-organized Militias in the USA. The Chruch for the American Christian Patriot
The online Church for the American Christian who is a Patriot, serves those men brave enough to want to raise their families in Christ. Men who will obey Ephesians 5:25
We are: Pro-Christ, Pro-Life, Pro-(pre-1972)Constitution.
Are you man enough?
If you husbands will love your wife as Christ loves the Church, you won't need to raise your voice or hit her, for she will love you so much that she will revere you. God Himself has ordained it: Unto the woman He said, ... your desire shall be to your husband, and he shall rule over thee. (Genesis 3:16b ACP/KJV)

Thanks to ACP's Steve Burzlaff, we now have the Evanglical handout, "What If" in PDF format.

Thank God for Steve,
All Scripture quoted, in both sermons and daily thoughts, except when done by a guest, is from the ACP/authorized 1611 King James Version. The words in red are those quotes of God the Son, the Lord Jesus and the words in purple are those qoutes spoken directly by God the Father and the words in this sickly greenish color are of satan. But all of the Bible is spoken by God and should be viewed as God's handbook for us to run our lives by 2 Timothy 3:16.
Day 6 of 40,
One of the many goals of this forty day series on the Family, is to further the role of dad as spiritual leader of his home and family. This is done, to my way of thinking, by the prayers of dad, the bible study and teachings of dad, by the examples dads display in their daily lives, and by the priorities dads set for themselves and their families.
Before we get into today's look at the importance of Bible study, let me just briefly explain what I mean by priorities. When it comes to where you and your family live, which of these considerations do you put first? Income? Type of Work available? Cost of housing? Or being near to church, Christian schooling and family? Are you putting your family, their Christian upbringing, and their safety first in your decision of where to live?
Now, let us look at the importance of your taking the lead in your families spiritual upbringing. This will have a minimum of two positives. First, your children and wife will see you getting up early and having a serious daily Bible study and prayer time. Second, it will give you a chance to clear up some grey areas in your families spiritual and Bible understanding.
Let me show you what I mean. Let's go to Matthew chapter five, the Sermon on the Mount.
21 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, 'Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment.' 22 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, 'Raca', shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, 'thou fool', shall be in danger of hell fire. ( Matthew 5:21&22)
Look at the word fool and think of what Jesus is saying here. Is He saying that anyone who calls another fool is going to hell? So it seems. But, what is He really saying? This, my brothers, is where studying and study tools come in to play.
To be a good carpenter, you must have all the tools necessary to do carpentry. To be a good dentist, you must have the tools required to not only pull teeth and fix teeth, but the tools to knock out the pain associated with dentistry. And likewise, to be the Spiritual leader of your family, you are going to need some basic tools.
You'll need a Good KJV study Bible, I recommend the Nelson KJV Study Bible. Then you'll need a solid well done concordance, I recommend the Young's Analytical Concordance. Those are the absolute basics. You will also want a good Hebrew Old Testament word study book and a Greek New Testament word study book. You will, as we look at the word "fool" as used in Matthew 5:22, soon see why. "thou fool" comes from the Greek word moros.
Now, many would look at that word 'moros' and only see (probably from the base of 3466; dull or stupid (as if shut up), i.e. heedless, (morally) blockhead, (apparently) absurd:--fool(-ish, X -ishness).)
But, by using the Young's Analytical Concordance, you would find that there is another meaning of the word 'moros'. When 'moros' is looked at from the perspective of the Hebrew, that additional meaning is 'rebel' to rebel or be rebellious.
Now, to get the meaning of the word 'moros' we need, just as in English when there is more than one meaning for the same word, take it in context. To get the context you will need to read Matthew 4:23 thru Matthew 5:23. Before you do, write these questions down. What caused all these people to be on the mount? Who was Jesus speaking to? And what was the point He was making in verses 21&22? And then finally, which of the meanings of 'moros' fits best.
I think you'll come to the same conclusion that I came to, the best meaning is 'rebel' For Jesus was teaching about things you can not say. He was, at the time referring to the false teachings of the religious leaders. Who were teaching to deny that Jesus is the Christ, they were leading a rebellion against not only Jesus, but His teachings, His miracles, and He as The Christ.
Why do I say start your day an hour early studying and praying? My voice shalt Thou hear in the morning, O LORD; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto Thee, and will look up. (Psalm 5:3)
Lord Jesus, help us not to be just fathers in name only to our families, but help us to be Christian fathers, men who take the responsibility to be the Spiritual head of our families, seriously, for as You have so well told us through the pen of Paul:
"For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.
Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave Himself for it; that He might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word. That He might present it to Himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself. (Ephesians 5:23-28)" Thank You Lord Jesus. Amen.
Men bear in mind, if you take the lead in being the spiritual head of your family, treating your wife as God's word tell you to, your wife will respond in kind. And of course the very world of God instructs that children are to honor their parents.
So men, if you treat your wife as Christ treats the church, and she therefore honors you, so will your children. It is not easy being a Christian dad and husband, but, if you have your priorities straight, putting the Spiritual well being of your family ahead of the things of this world, you will find it a lot easier to raise your family in a manner consistent with the Bible.

The difference between a true preacher and a false preacher comes down to this. The true preacher uses God's word to convict of sin, the false preacher twist God's word to justify sin. The Lord our God, Christ Jesus be with you always, amen.
The Lord our God, Christ Jesus, be with you all and please keep your pastor and me in your prayers. Amen. My prayer daily is "Lord please bless those tenfold who bless me."
Pray for me, pray for all those who open their mouths or take pen in hand in an effort to sway public opinion.
The Lord God of the Universe, Messiah Y'shua be with you all, amen.
It is better to be a horse fly in the stables of the Lord Jesus than the CEO of hell.
