Today's news was written before the foundations of the earth were laid.

Today I e-mailed Mac, my senior proof reader and asked him what he thought about my starting a series on end times prophecies and how it relates to today's world and news. For unless he is willing to commit the tremendous hours needed to proof such and undertaking, I doubt I would take it on. The next question is to you, if Mac is willing to put in the three to four hours a day to proof the thoughts on prophecy and today, and I am lead by the Sprit to write them, are you willing to read them?
A long, long time ago, I learned that if you want to empty the church, you preach from the Book of Leviticus. If you want to fill the church, you preach from the Book of Revelation. And if you want to have an overflow crowd, you preach Song of Solomon.
Let me show you what I mean:
And if a soul sin, and hear the voice of swearing, and is a witness, whether he hath seen or known of it; if he do not utter it, then he shall bear his iniquity.
Or if a soul touch any unclean thing, whether it be a carcase of an unclean beast, or a carcase of unclean cattle, or the carcase of unclean creeping things, and if it be hidden from him; he also shall be unclean, and guilty.
Or if he touch the uncleanness of man, whatsoever uncleanness it be that a man shall be defiled withal, and it be hid from him; when he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty. Or if a soul swear, pronouncing with his lips to do evil, or to do good, whatsoever it be that a man shall pronounce with an oath, and it be hid from him; when he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty in one of these. (Leviticus 5:1-4) That will keep you on the end of your chair won't it, just can't wait for the next verse can you.
Now look at this:
And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal,
and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.
And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; And said to the mountains and rocks, "Fall on us, and hide us from the face of Him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb": (Revelation 6 12-16) Never when I'm in the Book of Revelation have I ever had anyone fall asleep, not even the regulars that have a tendency to doze off now and again.
Now to pack the church with overflowing crowds of young men and women:
The voice of my beloved!
behold, he cometh leaping upon the mountains, skipping upon the hills. My beloved is like a roe or a young hart: behold, he standeth behind our wall, he looketh forth at the windows, shewing himself through the lattice.
My beloved spake, and said unto me, "Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away. For, lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone;
The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of the turtle is heard in our land;
The fig tree putteth forth her green figs, and the vines with the tender grape give a good smell. Arise, my love, my fair one, and come away.
O my dove, that art in the clefts of the rock, in the secret places of the stairs, let me see thy countenance, let me hear thy voice; for sweet is thy voice, and thy countenance is comely." ( Song of Solomon 2: 8-14) You doubt this will fill the church? Read it so your wife.
But, alas, I shall not do the Song of Solomon, for I am embarrassed easily, and Solomon's description of his beloved is guaranteed to redden my face. But, end times prophecy is another story. While there is much in the New Testament regarding the times leading up to the Rapture of the church, there is more in the Old Testament. But, likewise, while there is more in the Old Testament, it is much harder to read. As an example, let us look at one of the more difficult writers to understand in the New Testament, the Apostle Paul.
This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, truce breakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, high-minded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. (2Timothy 3:1-7)
How hard is that to understand? And how much commentary is really needed to make it clear? Read it again and ask yourself, how long a phone call would you have to pay for, for me to answer any questions you might have regarding those seven verses dictated by God to the Apostle Paul 1,950 years ago? And when you think about it, there is nothing dull or dreary about any of the end times prophecies of the New Testament, but not so in the Old. For look:
And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him, And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal: And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of armour, even a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords: Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya with them; all of them with shield and helmet: Gomer, and all his bands; the house of Togarmah of the north quarters, and all his bands: and many people with thee.
Be thou prepared, and prepare for thyself, thou, and all thy company that are assembled unto thee, and be thou a guard unto them.
After many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter years thou shalt come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have been always waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them. Thou shalt ascend and come like a storm, thou shalt be like a cloud to cover the land, thou, and all thy bands, and many people with thee. (Ezekiel 38:1-9)
The above verses from Ezekiel are among the easiest of the Old Testament last day prophecies to understand. Think of how many pages of commentary it would take to begin to even scratch the surface of the above. Think of the additional Scripture from other books of prophecy that I would have to go to and quote and the numbers of additional questions they would cause to arise. Now, if Mac is willing to put in the three to four hours a day necessary to proof a series on Prophecy of the end times and how it relates to today's headlines, and the Holy Spirit moves me to do it, are you really willing to spend the time to read it and take your Bible and research it?
Don't answer immediately, as I have asked Mac to give me his answer in a few days, after praying, I will ask you to do the same thing, pray and ask the Lord if this is what He would like you to study. If your answer is yes, then e-mail me. If your answer is no or if you are not sure, then do nothing. Keep in mind, this would be the longest of thoughts ever, my guess would be that it would run between 12 and 20 pages a day. In comparison, the longest thought over the last two years has been only 6 pages. Please be honest with me, while I will be studying the end times prophecies on my own, if there are not enough of you out there willing to read it, I would prefer to do the thoughts the way I have been doing them.
The Lord our God,. Messiah Yeshua be with and bless you all, I pray the Lord for salvation for all of you and all of yours, may none who visit ACP or any of theirs slip through the cracks Lord, let each and all get to know Your saving Grace. Amen.
Lord God Creator of all things, we, the people of the USA, give Thee thanks for giving us the second chance we do not deserve. We thank Thee Lord for our brave troops who are at this very instant freeing and liberating people through out the kingdom of satan. Amen. And Lord we beseech Thee that Thou would send to our men a Paul, to preach Your word to them before they go to free those held captive by the forces of evil left by Saul. Touch the Presidents heart Lord, lead him in a direction to send evangelist to our troops, give him the strength Lord to serve You, to use his office, that You have entrusted him with, as Commander in Chief to authorize and send solid evangelical Born Again Washed in the Blood of the Lamb Christian evangelist preachers to bring the Word of God to our troops, giving them both reason to fight and the Lord's plan of salvation.
Lord Jesus, it is in Thy Sacred and Holy Name I pray, Amen.
All Scripture is quoted, in both sermons and daily thoughts, except when done by a guest, is from the ACP/authorized 1611 King James Version. The words in red are those quotes of God the Son, the Lord Jesus and the words in purple are those qoutes spoken directly by God the Father and the words in this sickly greenish color are of satan. But all of the Bible is spoken by God and should be viewed as God's handbook for us to run our lives by 2 Timothy 3:16.
God blessed America when she feared Him, now it appears, she may face His wrath.
