And while this young girl withers and dies, those on both sides of the argument line their pockets with filthy lucre.
For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers, specially they of the circumcision: Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre's sake. (Titus 1:10-11 ACP/KJV)
While the main steam media lies, the new media rakes in the cash. ABC, the New York Times and the Boston Globe along with lesser known evils like the Portland Press Herald have joined hands with the forces of death in the Congress of the Untied States and fabricated lie after lie to insure cover for their friends, cohorts, ilk and minions in the courts. All to insure that Terri Schiavo dies and those responsible for her death do so with total impunity.
Laura Ingrams, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Terry Randall and others raise their voices, have witness after witness on and make Terri's husband out to be a monster and her family out to be heros. While they are right about her husband, for the sake of a few more advertising dollars and a few more points in ratings, they lie through there collective teeth about her family. Her father is a coward. Her brother is a coward, as is her uncles, cousins and every other male within two generations of her that sits back and does nothing while this young woman is tortured to death.
But why does this surprise me? Well to be honest with you, it doesn't. I have known for a long time that the talking heads and media on both sides are in it for the money, not truth, not our Republic, not life, not liberty and certainly not for the people of Christ. Listen to the so called right wing talk shows, who do they like to refer to? The leftist elitist papers and media. Who do they like to use as sources? Why the leftist of course. Do they ever really go out on a limb? No! Sean Hannity is making a big show of being outside the hospice where Terri is being offered up as a tortured blood sacrifice to satan. Does he use his show to embarrass the cops who arrested a woman for trying to bring water to Terri? No, he whines and highlights the courage of Terri's father. Sean, Terri's father is not a hero, he is not someone to look up to, he is a coward, he is a man to be shunned a man to be spit upon. He is a man whose daughter is within 100 feet of him and is being murdered while he cries out to the courts. Do you think for even one minute that if you and her father walked in and got her that the cops would shoot you?
I want you to see something today, I want you to look back again, yes again at what Jesus said in Matthew chapter five.
Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Do not think that Jesus came to make the old testament laws null and void, HE didn't He came to fulfill all of the prophecies that dealt with His first coming. And HE did that, but Jesus goes on to say that as for the rest of the Old Testament law, nothing is to be changed by even changing a period or a comma. There fore all of the law that does not deal with His first coming, is still in exact effect. By exact effect I mean to tell you that it is in effect exactly the way He, God, Dictated it to the writers of the Old Testament.
Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven. (Matthew 5: 17-20 ACP/KJV)
The Old Testament teaches very clearly that a girl is to be either in the house of her husband or her father and mother. Michael Schiavo has for all intensive purpose divorced Terri, he has been living with another woman for ten years, he has sired two children by this adulterous union. Now in the eyes of man, she may still be Michael's property, but in the eyes of God, she is divorced and should be in the care and home of her father and mother.
I feel bad for Terri and pray that someone will get into visit her long enough to at least read to her the plan of salvation. To at the very least let he know that all she has to do to be born again is to confess to Jesus and ask Him to forgive her. But the ones I really feel the sorriest for are all those on both sides that are lining their pockets at the expense of Terri and Christ. Those who encourage her father to do nothing, those who get on the radio, the television, the internet and make a circus out of a national tragedy and disgrace.
I feel sorry for and will pray for Terri's kin, how they are going to live with themselves is beyond me, but, I will pray that the Lord give them some kind of peace. I will continue to pray for the salvation of Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Michael Savage and Laura Ingrams, but, I can assure you that I have even less respect for them today than I did yesterday. For they continue to moan groan and make a profit while Terri lies their suffering and dying.
I have never had any respect for the pro-death forces of our government, but, now the president, his brother and the police have in my eyes made themselves equal to Barney Frank and Susan Collins, for they, by a simple order, could save that girls life. Go play golf Jeb, go sell your social security plan George, and may God remind you both of Hebrews 9:27.
But, most of all I am ashamed of myself and my preaching, for over the last seven years, I have done such a poor job, that not one who comes to ChristianPatriot.com has gone and got that girl, and sadly, neither have I. God forgive me.
Have we as a nation lost our moral compass? Of course we have. Are we a lost nation, a lost society? Yes, for if we were not, I would not be writing this and you would not be reading it.
Rush Limbaugh says that we are a "Culture of death. No Rush, we have gone way beyond that, we are not just a culture of death, no we are now a full blown society of death. For even those of us who are adamantly opposed to what is happening to Terri have not the courage to go and free her. A culture is part of a society, there is still a small remnant of our society that makes up a culture of life, but, our society is now a society of death.
For the last two days Sean Hannity has been doing his broadcast from Florida, Rush Limbaugh lives within 80 miles of where Terri is being starved to death. Do you think for even one minute that the police would have stopped them and their camera crews from going in and giving Terri a drink?
Yesterday the big brave police men who are protecting Terri from those who would see her live, while protecting the murderers and Michael Schiavo, arrested a 22 year old woman for trying to do what Terri's mom, dad and brother should have done, bringing her a drink.
I'm a sixty one year old man in Maine and I can't live with myself and my conscience because of my inactions, how in the world is Rush, Sean, Laura and the males in Terri's family going to live with themselves? How is President Bush and his brother the governor of Florida going to live with themselves when Terri finally takes her last labored, dried, tired, painful breath and dies of starvation and dehydration?
I know that over the coming years, the men in Terri's family will come to know that it would have been better for them to have died fighting to save her than live with the knowledge that they were to afraid of a corrupt baby murdering judge, the police and the government to rescue her.
I don't know who wrote this, but it very true, I think: "A brave man dies once, a coward dies daily."
I certainly hope Terry Randall enjoys his new found wealth and fame. I pray Laura Ingram, Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity find good uses for their new advertising dollars.
If someone or something doesn't happen soon, Terri is going to die, she is going to be just one of many who are going to die at the hands of this new society of death that rules in the USA, but with her death will come a little more death to the conscience and moral compass of the USA. This new society is a cancer eating away at us, and one does not need to be a prophet to know that as with all cancers, if left untreated, it will kill.
Lord, Your word teaches us: that, If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. But, If we confess our sins, You are faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. And If we say that we have not sinned, we make You out to be a liar, and Your word is not in us.
Lord, we are not only sinners, we are cowards and murderers. We have so much innocent blood on our hands I don't know how You can even stand to think about us, never mind look upon us and hear our prayers.
But, Lord pray we do pray, we pray for courage to stand up to satan and the evil he has painted and flooded us and our nation with.
Jesus, we have no one else to turn to, Lord if You don't do something, nothing will get done. Even those who have the police and the authority, the guns and the military are to scared to raise a finger to stop the destruction of a girls life. Her parents cry and wail but do nothing, she and we are in Your hands Lord, for Thou art the Creator, the Master and the final Judge. Jesus, forgive us please, and raise up for us a Paul.
Give us the authority and courage to fight back Lord, for we are truly a small, cowardly, and little people. And Jesus, please bring someone into Terri's life, before she dies, that will preach to her the truth of Salvation.
Amen.
The Lord bless you all and may He heal Mel's eyes and Myra's ears. May He be with Colby as he has now arrived at Paris Island and strted boot camp, A Christian babe amongst many a wolf. Amen.
May the Lord understand the importance of Mac, Cecily, Steve, and Rev. Jim Marstaller to this ministry. Lord I need them both healthy and able to continue to hold up their ends. Lord this cancer of Mac's is starting to get in the way, this ministry needs him whole, just a thought Lord, is all it will take, just a thought on Your part.
There is a young man, a veteran who suffers from some kind of chemical weapon exposure, in a Veterans hospital in Colorado, he is young, and he is Saved, yet his wife just abandoned him. Please pray for him, Lord, help him and deal with her and those who hurt him, we ask this of the Father in Your name Lord Jesus, amen.
The Lord our God, Christ Jesus, be with and bless you all, amen.
The difference between a true preacher and a false preacher comes down to this. The true preacher uses God's word to convict of sin, the false preacher twist God's word to justify sin. The Lord our God, Christ Jesus be with you always, amen.
The Lord our God, Christ Jesus, be with you all and please keep your pastor and me in your prayers. Amen. My prayer daily is "Lord please bless those tenfold who bless me."
Pray for the President, pray for Attorney General John Ashcroft, pray for me, pray for all those who open their mouths or take pen in hand in an effort to sway public opinion.
