Are you man enough?
If you husbands will love your wife as Christ loves the Church, you won't need to raise your voice or hit her, for she will love you so much that she will revere you. God Himself has ordained it: Unto the woman He said, ... your desire shall be to your husband, and he shall rule over thee. (Genesis 3:16b ACP/KJV)

Thank God for Steve,
All Scripture quoted, in both sermons and daily thoughts, except when done by a guest, is from the ACP/authorized 1611 King James Version. The words in red are those quotes of God the Son, the Lord Jesus and the words in purple are those qoutes spoken directly by God the Father and the words in this sickly greenish color are of satan. But all of the Bible is spoken by God and should be viewed as God's handbook for us to run our lives by 2 Timothy 3:16.
Day 33 of 40,
How wonderful it must be to look back at your families tree and see generation after generation of past family members who are now with the Lord. For many of us, a Christian heritage and tradition is one that has begun in this or only the one previous generation.
In Paul's letter to Timothy, he makes note of Timothy's mother and grandmother as being true Born Again Washed in the Blood of the Lamb Christians. Reading verse 5; When I call to remembrance the unfeigned faith that is in thee, which dwelt first in thy grandmother Lois, and thy mother Eunice; and I am persuaded that in thee also. It always saddens me, for my grandmother and my mother were devote Roman Catholics, as were, to the best of my knowledge, my father and grandfathers. Timothy could look forward to a wonderful reunion with his mom and grandmother, but, alas, not me, and not some of you.
Let's look at 1 Timothy 1:5-10 and see what we can learn and pray to God for.
When I call to remembrance the sincere with no hypocrisy faith that is in thee, which dwelt first in thy grandmother Lois, and thy mother Eunice; and I am persuaded that in thee also.
Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting on of my hands. For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
Be therefore thou not ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of our God; who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began, but is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Christ Jesus, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel. (2 Timothy 1:5-10)
Yes, Timothy, like many of you, was blessed by being born into a family of believers. But alas some of us are the very beginning of a Christian heritage for our families.
If you have been so blessed as to come from a lineage of Christians, praise God for that Christian heritage. But, if you are the first or even the second generation, in your family, to be true Born Again Washed in the Blood of the Lamb Christians, then pray that God will give you the strength to be a true and honest, a devote and faithful beginning to your families Christian heritage.
In either case, pray for a spirit that will faithfully and without compromise pass on the tradition of true Christianity to your future generations.
Lord Jesus, we live in a time of Christian compromise, please allow the Holy Spirit within us to give us the moral and spiritual strength to be both strong and courageous in our passing of the faith on to our children, our grandchildren and even our great grandchildren. Thanks You Jesus. Amen.

The difference between a true preacher and a false preacher comes down to this. The true preacher uses God's word to convict of sin, the false preacher twist God's word to justify sin. The Lord our God, Christ Jesus be with you always, amen.
The Lord our God, Christ Jesus, be with you all and please keep your pastor and me in your prayers. Amen. My prayer daily is "Lord please bless those tenfold who bless me."
Pray for me, pray for all those who open their mouths or take pen in hand in an effort to sway public opinion.
The Lord God of the Universe, Messiah Y'shua be with you all, amen.
It is better to be a horse fly in the stables of the Lord Jesus than the CEO of hell.
