All Scripture quoted, in both sermons and daily thoughts, except when done by a guest, is from the ACP/authorized 1611 King James Version. The words in red are those quotes of God the Son, the Lord Jesus and the words in purple are those qoutes spoken directly by God the Father and the words in this sickly greenish color are of satan. But all of the Bible is spoken by God and should be viewed as God's handbook for us to run our lives by 2 Timothy 3:16.
We as Christians, those who are truly Born Again Washed in the Blood of the Lamb Christians, can and must work with others who are unsaved, to fight for the agenda of Christ. We need all the help we can get from non saved voters in our fight against the agendas of satan ie: evolution, global warming, abortion and homosexuality. And yes we can and should use Scripture as the basis for our fight at every turn, for it is through the use of Scripture that our unsaved allies, may very well become Saved. But, we can not and shall not invite them to either take communion with us or pray with us. Yes they may be bystanders to either or both, but they may not be participants in either. Not until they too are Saved, Born Again Christians.
Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath Righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath Light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?
What agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, "I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you. And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be My sons and daughters." saith the Lord Almighty. (2 Corinthians 6:14-18)
To march with anyone who is pro-life, Saved or damned is one thing, to pray for God's help and intervention with an unsaved is quite another. Yes, let us take aid and comfort, support and votes from any and all, but when it comes to prayer, let us use the same guidelines as we do for communion.
For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered unto you, That the Lord Jesus the same night in which He was betrayed took bread: And when He had given thanks, He brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is My body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of Me.
After the same manner also He took the cup, when He had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in My blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of Me. For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till He return for us.
Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord. But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup. For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body. (1 Corinthians 11:23-29)
Gentlemen, we are in a war, we are in a war against the forces of absolute evil. The very forces of satan himself. There are but to world views, the world view or agenda of the Lord God of Creation, our Lord and our savior, Christ Jesus. And the word view, or agenda if you will, of the forces of evil, the forces of the liar, the cheater, the child molester and murderer, the god of the homosexual, the forces pushing the lies of evolution, global warming and worship of all gods, but the One True and Living God.
If we are to fight for Christ, we must abide by the rules of Christ, we must follow His orders. And those rules and orders are found, not in the portland press herald or in a ucc church, but in the Holy sWord of God, the Bible. For the Bible is truly the sword of God.
We can and must win this fight, but we won't do it by standing around asking God's intervention while others standing with us, implore the queen of heaven(see Jeremiah 7:18, 44:17,18,19&45). Yes, we need the votes of the unsaved, yes we want the unsaved to be Saved, but we do not want to, at this critical juncture in the battle, water down, compromise, or dilute in any way God's rules, orders, or sWord.
Remember: When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, He asked His disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am? And they said, "Some say that Thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets."
He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Simon Peter answered and said, "Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God." And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but My Father which is in heaven.
And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this Rock(Jesus, pointing to Himself) I will build My church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. (Matthew 16:13-18)
A careful reading of the above causes a True Born Again Washed in the Blood of the Lamb Christian to see and understand that it is not just Peter Jesus is referring to here, but all who have the Living God dwelling within them for by being Born Again, the Holy Spirt has come within you and showed you that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the Living God, the Rock on which the church is built. But also important is the statement "upon this Rock(Jesus) I will build My church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it."
The gates of hell are what satan hides behind, it is from there that he gives his orders to his slaves, those who are fighting to further his agenda. It is also from there that he gets his slaves who are not as dedicated to him and at times even fight with us and vote with us against parts of satan's agenda, to try to corrupt our communion and prayers by having his slaves pray to their false gods in the midst of us. Let me first give you an example and then a dire warning.
Example: The roman catholic church is pro-life, yet they ordain homosexuals and do not fight with us against the homosexual agenda. The Roman Catholic church is pro-life, yet is also embraces the God denying principals of evolution.
Warning: You had best be very sure that the one praying with you is praying to God the Father through God the Son before you invite them to pray with you, just as you had best warn all in attendance about the horrors of taking communion if they are unsaved, not Born Again. Remember Jesus said: For where two or three are gathered together in My name, there am I in the midst of them. (Matthew 18:20) and I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me! (John 14:6)
Jesus did not say when where any two or three gather I am there, No, He said: "For where two or three are gathered together in My name, there am I in the midst of them."
No, He did not say that you can get to God via the "queen of heaven" or by some saint, or by praying to mother earth, He said: "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me!"
With Jesus as our Lord, Our Saviour, Our Commanding General, we win, with any other force, we loose. We can not fight by compromise. We can not win by compromise. We must trust in the sWord of God as it is written, not as some would have us believe God meant to write it.
First pray! Then make them, the forces of evil, define the words they use. Do you know that unless two men are engaged in sexual activity they are not homosexuals? Make them define "gay" make them explain what makes a man a homosexual, do not let them get away with saying, "they are engaged in a loving relationship." For two men can love one another without having sex, and it is that act of sodomy of one male on another that makes them homosexuals. I love my brother, I have slept with my brother, neither of us is homosexual. For we have not had any form of sexual relations one with another.
Make them explain what abortion is, do not let them get away with fancy convoluted medical terms, make them get graphic. At the bottom of this page is a link graphically showing the remains of a baby boy who was the victim of a partial birth abortion. It is graphic, it shows what they support, make them explain it, ask them leading questions. Do not let them slide. Stop being passive, stop being a coward, get active, fight or support those who do.

Lord Jesus, we come to the Father, in Your name praying for strength. Praying that He will give us the hunger for His word, the Holy Bible. Lord, in Your name I ask that Christians will stop consorting with and compromising with the enemy and stand tall for You. Thank You Lord Jesus for yesterday, You are indeed and awesome God. Amen.
