First, let us talk about and think about the ChristianPatriot.com Prayer Grandparent program. We know that the only way to the Father is thru the Son, that there is but one mediator between men and God and that is the Man Jesus, the Christ. We know that because Scripture tells us so. The ChristianPatriot.com Prayer Grandparent Program is a program that encourages solid, mature, Born Again Washed in the Blood of the Lamb Christians to volunteer to take on one or two people and commit to praying for them every day, by name, for the rest of your life. The one(s) you pray for may be a man, a woman or a child. And we will give you as much info as we can along with updates if possible.
By mature, I do not mean old, but mature. Rev. Don Demars has 10 kids 5 to 19, all but perhaps the youngest two or three are mature enough, for they are well grounded in the word of God and understanding, and they are all solid Born Again Washed in the Blood of the Lamb Christians. So it is not age, it is Christian maturity that is required.
Why do we do this? Simple, if you as a Solid Born Again Washed in the Blood of the Lamb Christian don't pray who will? Can a Roman Catholic parent pray for his or her son or daughter? NO. Can a non saved heathen, regardless of what they call themselves, pray for themselves, for their kids, or for our nation? NO. So, who has to do the praying? Us.
If you would like to become a ChristianPatriot.com Prayer Grandparent, by clicking on the click here notice below, you will come to our form mail. The form does not tell us who you are, so to become a member, you must include some way for us to get a hold of you, either e-mail or phone. You must also give us a brief testimony along with the name of your parent church and Pastors contact info. Why do we need all of that? How else are we to know you are Saved? Now, let's take a moment to think about the National Day of Prayer. Why should you pray for our nation? In today's news we read that former US President William Jefferson Blythe Clinton want to start a national program aimed at making our kids less fat. And that a judge in Florida has aid "Yes, kill the babies baby."

Florida ends fight against abortion for 13-yr-old

MIAMI (Reuters) - Florida dropped its fight on Tuesday to prevent a 13-year-old girl in state care from having an abortion ...
Need another reason or two to get down on your knees tomorrow and go to Christ Jesus begging Him to help this nation? How about this; the most dangerous place in the country to be is in the womb. One out of every three conceptions in the USA results in the baby being brought to a baby slaughter house by the mother. And this, in the USA if you are wheel chair bound, and if you do not have a living will, the default is death by starvation and thirst, not life.
Now let us get into the meat of today's thought, first let us study the word of God as He dictated it to His half brother James.
James Chapter Two
1 My brethren, have you not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons? 2 For if there come unto your assembly a man with a gold ring, in goodly apparel, and there come in also a poor man in vile raiment; 3 and ye have respect to him that weareth the gay clothing, and say unto him, "Sit thou here in a good place"; and say to the poor, "Stand thou there, or sit here under my footstool": 4 Are ye not then partial in yourselves, and are become judges by evil thoughts?
5 Hearken, my beloved brethren, Hath not God chosen the poor of this world rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom which He hath promised to them that love Him? 6 But ye have despised the poor.
Do not rich men oppress you, and draw you before the judgment seats? 7 Do not they blaspheme that Worthy Name by the which ye are called? Verses 1-7 deal with how we look at and even judge one another. Which of you, having a daughter, would not prefer that she marry a rich lawyer instead of a poor missionary? Would you not rather she live in luxury in the nicest part of town rather than in a dirt floored hut with snakes and bugs, cannibals and headhunters, in the jungles of Brazil? But which do you think is closer to God, the lawyer or the missionary? Which of the two do you think puts more of smile on the face of Christ Jesus?
8 If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well: 9 But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convicted of the law as transgressors. 10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. 11 For He that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law. 12 So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty. 13 For He shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment. Verses 8-13 thank God, are not meant for you who come to ACP, for if you are here. You have to know that salvation is only through the Blood of Christ Jesus and not through trying to abide by the letter of the law.
14 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him? Now we get to the meat of today's thought, works.
15 If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, 16 and one of you say unto them, "Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled"; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit? 17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
18 Yea, a man may say, "Thou hast faith, and I have works": shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works.
19 Thou believest that there is One God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. 20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?
21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? 22 Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect? 23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, ABRAHAM BELIEVED GOD, AND IT WAS IMPUTED UNTO HIM FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS: AND HE WAS CALLED THE FRIEND OF GOD.
24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only. 25 Likewise also was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way? 26 For just as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also. (James 2:1-26 ACP/KJV)
Now let us get into today's meat. Works. For believe it or not, all three of today's subjects revolve around this one word, "Works". For as you will come to see, works is not just digging ditches and painting the church, works is doing the work of God, praying, evangelizing, painting the church, etc.
First we need to look at Ephesians 2:8-10.
For by Grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
Works is also one other thing, something that Paul makes very clear that it is indeed an essential part of salvation. That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:9&10 ACP/KJV)
So, let me paraphrase a bit of James two if I may.
If a man, woman, or child is unsaved, if a brother or sister is in need of food, shelter, Salvation, and/or are destitute of lives needs, and one of you knows about it and doesn't do anything about it, what doth it profit you or the Lord? So is not your faith not full, if it hath not works, is your faith not hollow, empty and maybe even dead, being alone without praying for the Unsaved, the hungry, the parentless, the mothers who would kill their babies, etc?
So, do you see, that we as Born Again Washed in the Blood of the Lord Jesus Christians, need to become committed prayer warriors? Do you not see that to fulfill your faith you must do the works of praying for others? If you don't pray for the unsaved and our nation, who will? Who can?
The Lord be with you all, amen.
Never ever forget this: There aint no purgatory!
Lord Jesus, please give women a love for their babies, from the moment of conception on, let them love them I pray Thee. Amen.
The Lord bless you all and may He heal Mel's eyes and Myra's ears. May He be with Colby as he has now arrived at Paris Island and strted boot camp, A Christian babe amongst many a wolf. Amen.

May the Lord understand the importance of Mac, Cecily, Steve, and Rev. Jim Marstaller to this ministry. Lord I need them both healthy and able to continue to hold up their ends. Lord this cancer of Mac's is starting to get in the way, this ministry needs him whole, just a thought Lord, is all it will take, just a thought on Your part.
There is a young man, a veteran who suffers from some kind of chemical weapon exposure, in a Veterans hospital in Colorado, he is young, and he is Saved, yet his wife just abandoned him. Please pray for him, Lord, help him and deal with her and those who hurt him, we ask this of the Father in Your name Lord Jesus, amen.
The Lord our God, Christ Jesus, be with and bless you all, amen.
The difference between a true preacher and a false preacher comes down to this. The true preacher uses God's word to convict of sin, the false preacher twist God's word to justify sin. The Lord our God, Christ Jesus be with you always, amen.
The Lord our God, Christ Jesus, be with you all and please keep your pastor and me in your prayers. Amen. My prayer daily is "Lord please bless those tenfold who bless me."
Pray for the President, pray for Attorney General John Ashcroft, pray for me, pray for all those who open their mouths or take pen in hand in an effort to sway public opinion.
The Lord God of the Universe, Messiah Y'shua be with you all, amen.
It is better to be a horse fly in the stables of the Lord Jesus than the CEO of hell.
All Scripture quoted, in both sermons and daily thoughts, except when done by a guest, is from the ACP/authorized 1611 King James Version. The words in red are those quotes of God the Son, the Lord Jesus and the words in purple are those qoutes spoken directly by God the Father and the words in this sickly greenish color are of satan. But all of the Bible is spoken by God and should be viewed as God's handbook for us to run our lives by 2 Timothy 3:16.
