OK, tis spring time and either your garden is in or you've plans to put it in shortly. Did you know that God has a method to literally guarantee that your garden will be successful? He does, but first let's see how you're doing with our first memory verses.
From Yesterday: Deuteronomy 6: 4&5 Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD: And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.
Ok, now let's get to the perfect plan for a perfect garden. And for that matter, God's perfect plan to assure your farm animals and fowls are fruitful as will be your wife, sons and daughters.
Wherefore it shall come to pass, if ye hearken to these judgments, and keep, and do them, that the LORD thy God shall keep unto thee the covenant and the mercy which He sware unto thy fathers:
And He will love thee, and bless thee, and multiply thee:
He will also bless the fruit of thy womb, and the fruit of thy land, thy corn, and thy wine, and thine oil, the increase of thy kine, and the flocks of thy sheep, in the land which He sware unto thy fathers to give thee.
Thou shalt be blessed above all people: there shall not be male or female barren among you, or among your cattle. And the LORD will take away from thee all sickness, and will put none of the evil diseases of Egypt, which thou knowest, upon thee; but will lay them upon all them that hate thee.
And thou shalt consume all the people which the LORD thy God shall deliver thee; thine eye shall have no pity upon them: neither shalt thou serve their gods; for that will be a snare unto thee. If thou shalt say in thine heart, "These nations are more than I; how can I dispossess them?" Thou shalt not be afraid of them: but shalt well remember what the LORD thy God did unto Pharaoh, and unto all Egypt; (Deuteronomy 7:12-18 ACP/KJV)
So, what do you do to have a perfect garden, fruitful animals and fowls, many children, peace, safety and health? Simple, put the Lord God of Creation first, remember. Hear, O Christian: The LORD our God is one LORD: And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.
For if you love the Lord with all your heart, all your soul and all your might, you will want to please Him. In wanting to please Him you will want to do things that make Him happy, that put a smile on His face.
So, what can you do to really put a smile on the Lord's face? Well that's really pretty simple too:
And the words, which God has command you in His book, the Holy Bible, shall be in thine heart: And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up. And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes. And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates. (Deuteronomy 6:4b-9 ACP/KJV)
Are you in love with your wife and kids? If you are, you carry their pictures and brag about them whenever you get the chance. What about Jesus? When was the last time you introduced someone to the Lord?
Oh Lord God, Creator of the universe, give us this day our daily bread, not the bread that puts fat on our waist, but that most important of all breads, the bread that is Thy Word. Lord Jesus, we want our gardens to be perfect, we want our animals and fowls to be fruitful, we want our families to be large and healthy, afraid of no man and knowledgeable of You. So please Lord, give us this day our daily Bread, the Word that You have breathed, for it is written: man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live. (Deuteronomy 8:3b ACP/KJV) So Lord, give us that bread, for it is thru that Bread that we will know what to do to make You happy, to put a smile on Your face, to ensure that our gardens and our lives are fruitful and healthy. Amen.
Sha'al shalowm Yruwshalaim.
Never ever forget this: There aint no purgatory!

The difference between a true preacher and a false preacher comes down to this. The true preacher uses God's word to convict of sin, the false preacher twist God's word to justify sin. The Lord our God, Christ Jesus be with you always, amen.
The Lord our God, Christ Jesus, be with you all and please keep your pastor and me in your prayers. Amen. My prayer daily is "Lord please bless those tenfold who bless me."
Pray for the President, pray for Attorney General John Ashcroft, pray for me, pray for all those who open their mouths or take pen in hand in an effort to sway public opinion.
The Lord God of the Universe, Messiah Y'shua be with you all, amen.
It is better to be a horse fly in the stables of the Lord Jesus than the CEO of hell.
All Scripture quoted, in both sermons and daily thoughts, except when done by a guest, is from the ACP/authorized 1611 King James Version. The words in red are those quotes of God the Son, the Lord Jesus and the words in purple are those qoutes spoken directly by God the Father and the words in this sickly greenish color are of satan. But all of the Bible is spoken by God and should be viewed as God's handbook for us to run our lives by 2 Timothy 3:16.
