Tuesday June 23rd, 2009 Why Christians should pray for the salvation of Barak Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro Mangunharjo, or whatever his real name is. 1 Peter 3:8-18
There is a man occupying the oval office that has never demonstrated that he is qualified, Constitutionally, to hold and occupy that office. The truth be known, he may not even be a US citizen, natural, naturalized or otherwise. He may , in all probability, be an illegal alien. The US Congress, the US Supreme Court, the previous administration and the press seem perfectly content with this usurping of the highest office of the land and stand fast in their refusal to lift a finger to restore the Republic and investigate his legitimacy.
Fortunately God’s word does give Christians an opportunity to start the process going to where this Barak Obama’s, Barry Soetoro Mangunharjo’s (or what ever his name is) conscience will cause him to come forward with the truth, for it does not appear that it will come from any other source.
But first, since we will be talking salvation, let us look at verses one thru three.
Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives; While they behold your chaste behavior coupled with love and respect. Whose beauty lies not in the outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel; But let it be the quiet and contentment of a loving heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price. 1 Peter 3:1-3 ACP/KJV expanded
Ladies and Gentlemen, the Republic has never faced the threat that it does today. We are on the verge of possible annihilatation as a Republic and on the verge of becoming a communist regime. There is the very real and distinct possibility that we will be overrun by our enemies and that millions of us may die. One of those that die may be your unsaved husband or wife. Wives, do not brow beat your husband, lead him to Christ thru love and prayer. Husbands, do not brow beat your wife, lead her to Christ thru love and prayer. Nightly as they sleep, put your hand on them and pray for their salvation and give them to the Lord, and do the same for your children.
Now let us go to today’s subject.
Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one for another, love one another as brothers and sisters, be both tenderhearted and courteous.
Do not render evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing. For he that will love life, and see good days (eternal bliss with the Lord), let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile, let him turn from and hate evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and pursue it. For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and His ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil. Yes, the face of the Lord is turned towards you, He hears your every prayer, if you pray correctly. Do not put the Lord in a box, pray and let Him resolve how best to bring about the success of your prayer.
And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good? And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear God who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
But and if ye suffer for righteousness' sake, happy are ye: (Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for My sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.) and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled; But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asks you a reason for the hope that is in you with meekness and fear: Having a good conscience; that, whereas they speak evil of you, so that as of evildoers, they may be ashamed that falsely accuse your good behavior and works thru and for Christ. And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear God who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
For it is better, if the will of God be so, that ye suffer for well doing (And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear God who is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.), than for evil doing. For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the Just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit: 1 Peter 3:8-18
Look, satan, through this Barak Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro Mangunharjo, or whatever his real name is, is out to destroy this nation. He is out to end the last great Christian source of money and missionaries on earth. And, without the direct help and rescue from Christ, satan is going to succeed. There is but one way to derail this Christ hating plan of satan and that is through the prayers of Born Again Washed in the Blood of the Lamb Christians.
If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among My people; If My people, which are called by My name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:13 & 14
My fellow Born Again Washed in the Blood of the Lamb Christians, if we do nothing, satan will win, the Republic will be destroyed, many of your unsaved kin and friends will be killed and this Barak Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro Mangunharjo, or whatever his real name is, along with your unsaved kin and friends will end up in hell and then the lake of fire.
We must pray for the salvation of our loved ones and we must pray for the salvation of this Barak Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro Mangunharjo, or whatever his real name is. We must not put Christ in a box, we must pray for the salivation of our loved ones and those speeding along the death of our nation and our culture, but we must not limit Christ nor put Him in a box. Soon it will be fall in Maine and the woods are full of animals preparing for winter. They are stocking up and fattening up for what they know will be a cold hard six months of winter. The animals getting fat include bears, wolves, coyotes, and cougars. In 1993 Mr. Richard Moore of Allentown, Pennsylvania shot a 608 pound black bear in Patten, Maine. In 2003 a 500 pounder was taken with a bow in Bethel, Maine. So wandering around in the woods of Maine can get interesting to say the least.
Once upon a time there was a man walking through the woods of Maine. He was being quiet because he was praying as he walked. As he came around a corner he could see the back side of a huge black bear standing upright with hair bristling. Looking past the bear he could see a young mother and her toddler thirty or forty feet beyond the bear and obviously the object of the bear's attention.
As he looked past the bear, he could see the young mother silently mouthing the word "HELP." So, he slowly and silently opened his coat, drew out his sidearm and aimed it at the back of the bear's head. Then the young mother yelled out, "Please, don't hurt him." This caused the bear to charge and caused the man to shoot four quick rounds at a moving 400 pound bear. Fortunately the four rounds were well aimed and the bear fell dead several feet shy of the young mother and her toddler.
How many of you are like that young mother? How many of you, when you go to the Lord in prayer, especially prayer for the salvation of a loved one, say to the Lord, "Please Lord bring him to salvation, but please don't hurt him."
Too many of us forget that to be Saved, one must be broken.
Jesus saith unto them, "Did ye never read in the scriptures, The Stone (Jesus) which the builders (unsaved) rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord's doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes. Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you (those who reject the Lord), and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof (The true Born Again Washed in the Blood of the Lamb Christians).
And whosoever shall fall on this Stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever It (Jesus) shall fall, It will grind him to powder." The Lord Jesus Christ in Matthew 21 verses 42-44.
So, don't be like that young mother. When someone whose salvation you are praying for runs into hard times, go see that person, tell him or her you care, tell them that Jesus loves them and let them know that you are praying for them to have better times. Better times meaning their Salvation. For their hard times may just be the Lord getting them to look at their lives in answer to your prayers. And then ask them if they would like to know how they can go to the Lord in prayer for themselves. But, do not interfere with the Lord’s working, do not be like that young mother, for had she stayed quiet and still, that bear may have just wandered off and lived another day. But, she yelled, the bear charged and died.
I don’t know what the Lord has to do to bring my brother, sister, and other loved ones to Christ, all I know is that I don’t want them going to hell and the lake of fire for all eternity. I don’t know what the Lord has to do to open the eyes of Obama, all I know is that if Obama doesn’t come forward with the truth, the truth will not come out and the Republic will cease to exist. I also know this, if Born Again Washed in the Blood of the Lamb Christians don’t get off their collective backsides and onto their knees, this nation is toast, our kin and friends are damned and we will be to blame and I’m sure held accountable for our failures, to Christ.
