Guys, there is nowhere that I know of on earth that is a safe haven for Christians. This study, along with the horrific legislation coming out of Washington, has convinced me that in order to have a safe haven for Christians, states need to start seceding.

The only way to avoid the new federal hate crimes bill is for states to secede. The only way to avoid the new laws proposed to eliminate Christian home schooling is for states to secede. All of the laws that seem designed to eliminate Christianity and further the agenda of satan, are for the most part coming out of the federal government and courts. More on this as the series continues.

Yesterday we looked at verses one and two of Second Timothy 3. Today we will continue by going on through verses three and four. The object is to show that we are in the last days and that the Lord could call for His bride at any time, but I want to mention something to you. Even if the Lord doesn’t rapture His bride shortly, you are going to die just the same. Are you ready? Are you ready to face Christ Jesus?

Now, before we return to Second Timothy, I would like you to consider this:

As we continue our study of the signs of the end times, the time Jesus refers to as “sorrows”, we, the true Born Again Christian community, need to be concerned with the welfare of our families. Not just their physical welfare, but their spiritual welfare. We must have a place where we are free to worship, a place we are free of the anti-Christian, anti-Christ laws now being passed and soon to be enforced. We need to be able to raise our families and protect them from the horrors of political correctness. I know of nowhere on earth this can now be done. The only solution I can think of is for states to get from under the thumb of federal government and return to being free and independent states. That means secession from the union.

Now therefore make confession unto the LORD God of your fathers, and do His pleasure: and separate yourselves from the people of the land, and from the strange wives. Ezra 10:11

Let me explain something to you. In the event of rapture, only those who are Born Again Washed in the Blood of the Lamb Christians will be raptured. Those who already died as Born Again Washed in the Blood of the Lamb Christians go first and then those who are alive Born Again Washed in the Blood of the Lamb Christians, within a micro second, join them by going to meet the Lord in the clouds, meaning the heavens.

For it is written: But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep(dead), that ye sorrow not, even as others(the unsaved) which have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus(died as Born Again Washed in the Blood of the Lamb Christians) will God bring with Him. For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. (1 Thessalonians 4:13-17 ACP/KJV)

Now let us go on to God’s second letter to Timothy and us through the pen of the Lord’s Apostle, Paul.

1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent (without self control), fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4 traitors, heady, high-minded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; (2 Timothy 3:1-4 ACP/KJV)

This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come, men shall be: ...

Without natural affection: In the Greek it is astorgos, pronounced as'-tor-gos it means to be hard-hearted towards kindred:--without the natural affection God has placed in the heart of all for who are your close kin. We see this manifesting itself today as brothers will not go out of their way to help each other. Brothers and sisters having incestuous relationships. Families breaking up and moving great distances apart for the sake of money, jobs, or opportunity of one sort or another. Think of the disrespect of parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts.

Trucebreakers; In the Greek it is aspondos, pronounced as'-pon-dos. It means to be untrustworthy when giving your word. It means a person who says he or she will do one thing, yet they do another. It means people who are truce-less. Do truces between countries mean anything today? And it’s not just countries, what about people? Are contracts still made on a handshake? Do you trust the courts? Do you trust the public schools to teach your children? Do you think that those who run our govt really tell us the truth when looking for public support?

False accusers; In the Greek it is diabolos, pronounced dee-ab'-ol-os. It means a traducer (one who speaks badly of or tell lies about.); specially, Satan What is a false accuser? Is it not a liar? And who is the father of all liarrs? Is it not satan? Diabolos means a false accuser, it is where we get the word ‘devil’. It means that Satan is the false accuser, it is also one who is devil like in his behavior, a slanderer, one who makes up things about another or accuses another of something they know he or she did not do. I know of girls who, to get back at a man, have accused him of rape. I know of people who call George Bush hitler. I know of judges, lawyers, police and others in high places, where honesty is a necessity, yet they corrupt evidence to cause a person to be found guilty. Have you ever been lied about? Have you ever lied about someone else? Just a bit under four years ago, one of the nations top news anchors told lies about President Bush’s Air Force military service. He did this knowing he was lying, yet he did it just the same. He was a false accuser.

Incontinent; In the Greek it is akrates, it is pronounced ak-rat'-ace and it means simply to have little or no self control. It takes self control not to lie, cheat, steal, commit adultery, and the list goes on and on. But as for Christians, it takes self control to tithe 10%. It takes self control to get up on Sunday morning and go to church looking as if you are there to honor the Lord, not report for beach duty. It takes self control to be modest, to remain chaste till marriage. It takes self control to use the free will Christ has given you to give yourself back to Him, to offer to let Him do with you as He sees best. How much self control do you have? Incontinent means that the majority will have no self control, is that not the case today? Are we not living in a time when, looking at the examples above, we see more and more with no self control?

Fierce; In the Greek it is anhmerov, it is pronounced anemeros, and it means to be savage, bloodthirsty, vicious, fierce. What else could you call the doctor who does abortions? The doctor who does euthanasia? The doctor that knows the vaccine is dangerous yet still insist on giving it to a new born baby? And it’s not just doctors, what about the girl who brings that little baby trapped inside her womb to the high priest of baal to be offered up as little human blood sacrifice? How about the police officer, lawyer or judge who fabricates, ignores, or corrupts evidence to convict a person? How about the preacher that asks God to damn a nation, a people, an individual, or an entire race? What about the preacher that denies Christ virgin birth or resurrection? How about a Congress that protects, by legislation those who sexually abuse children while at the same time making it a federal crime to preach God’s word concerning homosexuality, are they not “fierce”?

Despisers of those that are good; In the Greek it is aphilagathos, pronouced af-il-ag'-ath-os and it means those who hate those of us who are Born Again Washed in the Blood of the Lamb Christians. Do you remember the things said about Dr. Jerry Falwell when he died last year? How often during the day do you hear bad things said about Jesus? Start a conversation about fundamental evangelical Christians around a homosexual or pro-abortionist. Want to see pure hate? Read the anti Christian legislation in Washington just waiting for signature.

Traitors; In the Greek it is prodotes, it is pronounced prod-ot'-ace and it means giving into the hands of the enemy, ie information, personal, comfort and or aid. It further means to surrender or cause to surrender, a betrayer or traitor. Is William Jefferson Clinton in jail? Is his wife? When the New York times printed highly classified information was anything done about it? Has treason and traitorous behavior become the accepted if not the norm amongst the elites? When Senator David Rockefeller went to the Middle East and warned them of our upcoming attacks in 2002, was he tried? Was he prosecuted? Did he spend even a second in jail?

Heady; In the Greek it is propetes, it is pronouced prop-et-ace' and it means to rush along headlong, to be rash, to do things without thinking. Would a man commit adultery if he thought out the consequences to himself, his wife, his kids, his mother, father, brothers, sisters, kin and friends? Would a woman kill her baby in her womb if she took a minute to consider that Jesus was a baby in the womb? Would a father drive his daughter to the abortion mill to kill his grandchild if he thought even for a minute? Would those who I have asked, “What did the baby do? Why are you going to kill your baby?” go in and have their baby slaughtered if they thought? Would governments lie, cheat, steal, and blaspheme the Lord if they thought first? Would we, as a nation, be funding and fighting wars all over the word if we took the time to think about our finances? If the FDA took the time to think about health instead of personal rpofit, would natural cures such as B-17 be illegal? If Congress took the time to think of what is best for the country, instead of thinking of only the short term gain to their wallets, would we have a hate crimes bill? Would we have had trillions being dumped inot the black holes of bad debts?

High-minded; In the Greek it is tuphoo, pronounced toof-o'-o , Tuphoo means to envelop others lies and misstatements like smoke, i.e. figuratively and in actuality to inflate oneself, to be self-conceited, to be high-minded, be lift oneself up with pride, be proud, boastful and full of yourself. To put out such mis-truths and exaggerated statements about oneself as to lead people to believe that you are much greater than you actually are. Does that remind you of anyone you know? Anyone in your family? Anyone at work? What about your local, state and federal politicians, think about what you know about the rulers of the European Union and the United Nations, the Sheiks of the Middle east and the Communist rulers of China, North Korea, Cuba and Venezuela. Let us not leave out the homosexual community, the abortionist, those who lie and cover up the truth to make a profit off of pharmaceutical drugs making themselves out to be great experts.

Lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; The Greek words are, lovers of pleasures (philedonos) more (mallon) than (e) lovers of God (philotheos); And it literally means that they love the pleasure of life more than they love God. On Wednesday nights in Maine one of the most boring things in the world takes place, town and city governments meet. At the same time on Wednesday nights true Christian churches hold prayer meetings. Guess which draws more people? On Sunday mornings church services are held. Sunday’s also host baseball games, ice skating, ice fishing derbies and countless other secular things that have nothing to do with worshiping God, guess which draws more people?

Men, if we are to have a place to raise our families, free of the horrible things coming out of Washington, I find no other course than secession.
