Wednesday July 29th, 2009 The word is “cibbah” 1 Kings 12:1-15 Keyword:revolution

Why is it that I can make the next two statement with no hesitation what so ever?

The first statement of fact is this: If whichever of the two, Texas or Oklahoma are the first state(s) to secede, that state, Texas or Oklahoma, will be the new home of ChristianPatriot.com and the Church for the American Christian Patriot, for Cecily and I will relocate there in a heart beat.

The second statement of fact is: If those in Washington were more interested is serving us than they are in lining their own pockets and making themselves into rich and powerful elite, there would be no talk of secession or revolution.

Why is it that I can make those two statement with no hesitation what so ever? Because they are absolute fact. Let me try to explain. I hate snakes, I have a healthy regard for snakes, I want to know where the snake is, for I have no desire to turn my back on one. How serious is this dislike of snakes? It is reflective for me to draw and kill a snake, regardless of the size or type, I hate snakes. I hate them and have a healthy regard for them but I do not fear them. There is a earthly something I do fear though and that is the US Federal Government.

Unlike a snake, the US Federal Government never looks for way out, they only look for a way to kill and devour you, I oft times wonder if Peter was thinking of the US Government when he said: “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walking about, seeking whom he may devour:” just like satan, the US Government is out to destroy you, your family and your faith in Christ. But it wasn’t always like that, once upon a time, some two hundred plus years ago, there was a President, his name was George Washington. George Washington, whom most called,”Your Excellency” refused to be crowned, and instead set the role for a President to be a public servant instead of a reigning monarch.

In 1 Kings chapter twelve, we see Rehoboam the son of Solomon excepting the advice of the young elites instead of the advice of the older wise councilors. Unlike Rehoboam, George Washington set the standard by heeding the advice of the older more intelligent councilors, the past at least 20 Presidents have instead tried to outdo one another in heeding and implementing the advice of the young elitist.

After King Solomon, the son of King David died, his son Rehoboam went to Shechem: for all Israel were come to Shechem to make him king.

And it came to pass, when Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who was yet in Egypt, heard of it, (for he was fled from the presence of king Solomon, and Jeroboam dwelt in Egypt;) That they sent and called him. And Jeroboam and all the congregation of Israel came, and spake unto Rehoboam, saying, “Thy father made our yoke grievous: now therefore make thou the grievous service of thy father, and his heavy yoke which he put upon us, lighter, and we will serve thee.”

And he (Rehoboam) said unto them, “Depart yet for three days, then come again to me.” And the people departed.

And king Rehoboam consulted with the old wise men, that stood before Solomon his father while he yet lived, and said, “How do ye advise that I may answer this people?” And they spake unto him, saying, “If thou wilt be a servant unto this people this day, and wilt serve them, and answer them, and speak good words to them, then they will be thy servants for ever.”

But he (Rehoboam) forsook the counsel of the old men, which they had given him, and consulted with the young elitist men that were grown up with him, and which stood before him: And he said unto them, “What counsel give ye that we may answer this people, who have spoken to me, saying, Make the yoke which thy father did put upon us lighter?” And the young elitist men that were grown up with him spake unto him, saying, “Thus shalt thou speak unto this people that spake unto thee, saying, Thy father made our yoke heavy, but make thou it lighter unto us; thus shalt thou say unto them, My little finger shall be thicker than my father's loins. And now whereas my father did lade you with a heavy yoke, I will add to your yoke: my father hath chastised you with whips, but I will chastise you with scorpions.”

So Jeroboam and all the people came to Rehoboam the third day, as the king had appointed, saying, Come to me again the third day. And the king answered the people roughly, and forsook the old men's counsel that they gave him. And spake to them after the counsel of the young men, saying, “My father made your yoke heavy, and I will add to your yoke: my father also chastised you with whips, but I will chastise you with scorpions.”

Wherefore the king hearkened not unto the people; for the cause was from the LORD, that he might perform his saying, which the LORD spake by Ahijah the Shilonite unto Jeroboam the son of Nebat. (1 Kings 12:1-15)

President Washington, being one of those who lead the successful effort to free the colonies form the scourge of England and King George, heeded the words of the wise councilors and gave the people freedom, security, peace and a great reduction in taxes. He did not look to enrich himself, nor did he look to make himself king. He instead was willing be a servant unto his people that day, he was willing to serve them, and answer them, and speak good words to them, and as a result the people were willing to follow him and look to him for leadership.

But more recently, through at least the last 20 presidents and the last 150 years of Congresses, the rule has been: our predecessors taxed you and took away some of your liberties and freedoms, we will raise your taxes even more and work to eliminate your freedoms and liberties completely, for communism can work under our leadership.

Now I want you to look at the word "cibbah". "cibbah" is found in verse 15, first let’s see how both the KJV and the Youngs Literal Translations look at that word.

Wherefore the king hearkened not unto the people; for the cause(cibbah) was from the LORD, that he might perform his saying, which the LORD spake by Ahijah the Shilonite unto Jeroboam the son of Nebat. Verses 15 KJV

and the king hearkened not unto the people, for the revolution(cibbah) was from Jehovah, in order to establish His word that Jehovah spake by the hand of Ahijah the Shilonite unto Jeroboam son of Nebat. Verses 15 YLT and ACP/KJV

You will notice, both are very much alike, other than the definition of the word “cibbah”.

Cibbah, pronounced sib-baw' is a providential turn of affairs, a cause, a revolution, a secession, a turn of government not opposed and in most cases ordained by God.

The new laws dictating that to preach the word of God concerning homosexuality is a federal crime. The very fact that this government is led by a lie, a non citizen, a usurper, and includes homosexuals, lesbians, abortionist and satanist in leadership positions is so contrary to God’s word that I can only believe that any states that rebel or secede are following God’s path.
