Since 1987 I have lived my life by three guiding principals. In reverse order, The Constitution of the United States, The Constitution of the State of Maine and first and foremost by the Word of God, the Holy Scriptures as written in the 1611 King James Version.
If a law passed by the politicians in Augusta violates either Constitutions, it is as far as I am concerned, no law at all. If it violates the Word of God, then it is not only no law, it is to be fought as well. As an example, the politicians in Maine recently passed legislation making the abomination of homosexual marriage legal. It was signed into law by Governor Baldacci.. Within 100 days, groups led by Rev. Bob Emrich got over 100,000 signatures to put that law up on the ballot for a peoples veto in November. While Baldacci, his minions and his ilk continue to try and make the abominations of homosexuality and child murder acceptable and legal, thanks to God fearing men like Rev. Bob Emrich, the people of Maine have their voices heard and sanity still has a voice.
When Washington passes a law that violates either Constitution or the Word of God, we have no peoples veto recourse. Our methods of recourse are very limited. We, as a state, can secede, or we as individuals can opt to refuse to abide by it even at the risk of jail. An example of that is found in the thoughts of the last two days. I will continue to preach that homosexuality and abortion are absolute violations of God’s Word, even though the US Govt has made such preaching illegal and threatens punishments of up to 23 and ½ years in a federal prison.
But now comes the threat of mandatory vaccinations for the man made threat of swine flu. Now while mandatory vaccinations are a violation of Article four of the Bill of Rights of the US Constitution and here in Article one, Section one of the Maine State Constitution, the big violation is found in God’s Holy and absolute Word.
Article Four of the Bill Of Rights, Constitution of the United States: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Article one Section one of the Constitution of the state of Maine: All people are born equally free and independent, and have certain natural, inherent and unalienable rights, among which are those of enjoying and defending life and liberty, acquiring, possessing and protecting property, and of pursuing and obtaining safety and happiness.
Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; Ephesians 5:25
Gentlemen, politicians, police, federal secret agents and anyone else thinking to stick a needle in my wife or me, read the next very carefully for I do not fear you, I do not fear death, I fear the Lord God of Creation and I will not spit in His face to appease you, but will instead use what ever force I deem necessary to prevent you from forcing me to violate His orders. As Christ gave His life to protect Christians, I like wise will give my life to protect my wife.
If anyone comes at my wife with a gun, a club or a sharp object, without her and my permission, I will defend her using whatever force I deem necessary. Sharp objects are not just knives, it is anything that penetrates her skin, that would include vaccinations.
Vaccinations are a violation of our strongly held religious beliefs! We belief that vaccinations violate God Holy Command to us to protect our bodies as the temple of the Holy Spirit.
Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? 1Corinthans 3:16
What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 1Corinthians 6:19
Now while this last reference from 1 Corinthians 3 should go between the above, I have saved it for last so that you who would try to force a vaccination on us understand that it is not just me you will face, but God Himself as well. If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are. 1Corinthans 3:17
One day you will face Christ. It makes no difference whether you believe that or even believe in Him, one day you will come face to face with Christ, and in that meeting, if you have harmed a hair on my head, a hair on my wife’s head or a hair on any other professing born again washed in the Blood of the Lamb Christian, you will pay for that harm.
Read the words of Jesus that I live by and you had best take them serious as well, for it is a lot better to refuse to harm a Born Again believer and face your boss than it is to obey that order and face an angry God.
I say unto you,, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do. But fear God, who after He hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear God. Jesus 33 AD
Now for those of you that would be charged with the order to forcefully vaccinate, now that you have read the reasons that I will not allow you to vaccinate my wife or me, let me ask you a question. If you have been vaccinated and the vaccination works, why do you care if I don’t get the vaccination? I mean if the vaccination works and you have had, it my having the flu is of no threat to you. So why would you want to be put in a position of having to kill me to force me to get a vaccination, when if you have been vaccinated and the vaccination works, I and any others that have the flu are of no threat to you? I assure you we have preventatives and treatments for the flu and will not be going to the hospital or emergency room to burden the system if we come down with the flu.
