There are those who live for the day and not for the future, they refuse to bend to the will of the Lord Christ Jesus and instead seek the pleasures and riches of this world. Today's thought is for them, oh, it is for those who are true Born Again Washed in the Blood of the Lord Christ Jesus Christians as well, but the thrust is to help those seekers of earthly pleasures and riches to achieve more riches in the upcoming years.
Jesus said: No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and *mammon. *mammon is money, things of this world, anything other than God
Maine is broke! Yup, the state of Maine is flat broke, it is living on borrowed money and borrowed time. Now how can that little bit of knowledge help those who seek riches and possessions to get even more riches and possessions? Well, when you add to that the understanding that Maine is trying to borrow it's way out of the hole that it has dug for itself, this little tidbit, you may see how those who serves mammon can, in the very near future, accumulate a lot of earthly riches. You see, when governments, whether they be local, county, state or federal, seek money they do what is called tax free municipal bonds. These bonds are used by bonding companies to be the middle men in raising scam money for the governments. These bonds are guaranteed by the "good faith and PROPERTY of the taxpayer."
Now the governments would like you to think that 'property' means your home and your car, but, if you think like a Home Schooled or Christian Schooled person rather than a brain dead, brain washed, public school indoctrinee, than you will come to the same conclusion that the bonding companies have. The word 'property' is the property owned by the government at taxpayer expense, we call them, erroneously I might add, Public Lands, Parks, State Land, etc.
Maine's bond rating is just about at the junk bond stage, anyone that thinks the fed is going to bail out this 'socialist wunderland' has got to be a public school drop out, it isn't going to happen. What is going to happen is that the bonding companies are going to foreclose on huge hunks of 'public' land. They are then going to sell that land to investors, timber companies and home builders. Putting that land back on the tax rolls so that they can collect the rest of their money.
The bonding companies are not as much interested in how much they get for the land as they are in getting it back on the tax rolls, so that the balance of their bonds can be paid off in real money, well many be not real, but the stuff we carry around in our wallets.
Now, knowing that, doesn't it make it easier for you to decide who you want to follow? The Lord Jesus or the god of this world, mammon? You see , you have to make a choice, just as Jesus said, "...you can not serve both, God and mammon...."
You can not both run around lining your pockets and claiming to be a Born Again Christian. You can't go around committing adultery and claiming to belong to the Lord Christ Jesus. You can't run around covering your body with tattoos and ignoring the financial needs of missionaries and still claim you are Born Again.
Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

Look, there are many of you out there that are riding a fence, you want the money, you want the freedom to send your kids to public schools, you want to look at girls with little or no clothes on, you want your children to have all the pleasures of this world and you want to call your selves Christians. But, it just doesn't work that way.
If it is the pleasures of this world you seek go for it. Just don't lie to yourself about what you are. You are not a Christian, you are a bond servant of satan, a servant of the devil. You can't be a seeker of the goods of this world and a servant of the Lord at the same time, just as you can't follow the pope and Christ at the same time.
Guys, you are all two days older than you were two days ago, have you thanked God for those last two days? What have you done for Him over those last two days? Have you declared to your family that your children are not going back into the public schools system where they are indoctrinated from kindergarten on up to believe that the Bible is a lie, a fabrication, a collection of stories and to put their trust in satan.
Jesus said something in Matthew 11:28 that has always caused me to wonder why anyone would want to work themselves to death striving for the things of this world. He said: Come unto Me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
The life a Christian is not easy, it is simply more simple. As one striving for greatness in the world, you have to abide by all kinds of complicated, and most of the time, contrary rules, laws and goals. But, as a Christian, your life is simpler in that your goal is to be with Christ. Maine's imminent bankruptcy is a great case in point. To get a bunch of that land for little money, develop it, and turn it for a hefty profit, you have to stay on top of the financial news, sort through the stuff that is garbage and politically motivated, and get to the hard cold facts. You then have to be ready to bid. Once you have the land you have to face planning boards,. State regulations, environmental wackos, former Maine politicians who are furious that you now have this land and not the state, and an angry liberal Baldacci/Hastings serving press. And at any time you may here this:
Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided? (Luke 12:20 ACP/KJV)
And that is the point I am trying to make guys, at any time you may take your very last breath and then whose will all those things be?
Peter Jennings died a couple of days ago, he took nothing with him, nothing. The micro second after he died he was kneeling at the feet of Jesus trying to weasel his way out of his lives record.
After you make the decision that you will live not for this world but for the next, life becomes much more simple. Oh, you can ignore this and other messages, you can hold to the lies of the evolutionist, you can look for a lazy, self serving, watered down church that preaches what the preacher claims Jesus meant to say instead of what Jesus did say. But, in the end, you will pay a price that is higher than any price you can even begin to imagine. Or you can commit this very day to reading your bible, not the Readers Digest abbreviated version, the KJV, and seeking the truth for yourself.
Don't trust me! Don't trust any preacher, male or female, heterosexual or homosexual, Fundamental or liberal, for your salvation is your responsibility, not mine and certainly not theirs. Your salvation is between The Lord God of Creation Christ Jesus and you. And keep these two things in mind: The default is not salvation, it is destruction. And there ain't no purgatory. You buy either one of those two fabrications of satan's, the one about all go to heaven and the one about a funny little in-between place called purgatory and you'll spend eternity with the pope and allah in a place that Jesus describes like this:
...go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. The fire never ends and you never die, the fire burns for all eternity and you suffer for all eternity, No purgatory and the default is not heaven!
There, now what are you going to do? Well the smart thing to do is to think this to yourself: If I do what Bob suggest and he is wrong, what have I lost? But if I ignore what he says and he is right, what then? Dilemma? No. Just read your Bible and find out for yourself.
Thank You Jesus, thank You for giving me the time to find Yu and Your word. Amen.

May the Lord understand the importance of Mac, Cecily, Steve, and Rev. Jim Marstaller to this ministry. Lord I need them both healthy and able to continue to hold up their ends. Lord this cancer of Mac's is starting to get in the way, this ministry needs him whole, just a thought Lord, is all it will take, just a thought on Your part.
There is a young man, a veteran who suffers from some kind of chemical weapon exposure, in a Veterans hospital in Colorado, he is young, and he is Saved, yet his wife just abandoned him. Please pray for him, Lord, help him and deal with her and those who hurt him, we ask this of the Father in Your name Lord Jesus, amen.
The Lord our God, Christ Jesus, be with and bless you all, amen.
The difference between a true preacher and a false preacher comes down to this. The true preacher uses God's word to convict of sin, the false preacher twist God's word to justify sin. The Lord our God, Christ Jesus be with you always, amen.
The Lord our God, Christ Jesus, be with you all and please keep your pastor and me in your prayers. Amen. My prayer daily is "Lord please bless those tenfold who bless me."
Pray for the President, pray for Attorney General John Ashcroft, pray for me, pray for all those who open their mouths or take pen in hand in an effort to sway public opinion.
