There is nothing gay about what homosexuals do!

Monday August 22nd, 2005

Last Friday, as many of you know, I went to have my annual physical. This of course means that I had my prostrate examined. And that of course reminds me of how absolutely stupid practicing homosexual men are, for there is absolutely nothing gay about having ones anal canal invaded by anything, a man's anal canal was designed for things going out, not coming in.

That got me thinking. You see, it is not only homosexuals that believe that one man sodomizing another is somehow gay. That thinking, and other Christ denying thinking, is shared by many who are, judging by their degrees, pretty smart, but judging from their fruits, unsaved and stupid.

My brother has a handful of engineering PhDs, yet he has no problem with the homosexual life style as long as they don't tie him down and do it to him, just as he finds nothing wrong with abortion. I have a cousin who is a dentist, pretty well educated guy, and he thinks adultery is nothing to be concerned about. My own doctor, even after seeing God perform two miracles, my stomach healed and my wife's spot/shadow on her lungs disappear, still pushes pills instead of James chapter five.

Today, I am not going to focus on the gross stupidity of one man sodomizing another. If God can give them over to a reprobate mind, I guess I can ignore them and focus on the underlying problem. A problem that has caused a severe moral decay and decline in the USA and around the world. A problem that makes these otherwise well educated and intelligent men think so stupidly. I'm not going to focus on the gross stupidity of a man with three PhDs that thinks abortion is a mother's right, I'm not going to focus on two doctors with such hollow moral heads that if you shined a light in one ear you could see it on your hand through the other ear. No, I'm going to focus on the underlying problem, the problem that we as Born again Christians must face up to and be prepared to answer.

First, I want you to think about this: For those of us who are truly Born Again Washed in the Blood of the Lamb Christians, this time we spend on earth is the closest we will ever come to hell. BUT for those who are unsaved, those who are not truly Born Again Washed in the Blood of the Lamb Christians, this time they spend on earth is the closest they will ever come to heaven! Got that? OK, now think about eternity in the lake of fire. Think about what it is going to be like for my doctor, my brother, my cousin and every other man, woman, and child who is not a Born Again Washed in the Blood of the Lamb Christian, for there ain't no purgatory, their ain't no limbo, there is only eternal life in paradise with the Lord Christ Jesus or eternal damnation, pain and suffering in the absolute filth and darkness of the lake of fire.

When that sinks in, come back to this thought, but ponder first the eternal resting place of the unsaved, the eternal suffering of the lake of fire, a place Jesus describes as. "Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched." Worm is soul, life, feelings, senses...

In 30 AD something happened. God Himself started walking and preaching full time on the face of the earth as a man, a man called Yeshua, Jesus in the English. For the first 3 years or so He was seen by any and all. Those who believed and those who didn't. But after He was put in a tomb, only those who were true believers, those who were truly Born Again Washed in the Blood of the Lamb Christians, saw Him.

Look here: And the soldiers also mocked him, coming to him, and offering him vinegar, and saying, If Thou be the king of the Jews, save Thyself. ... And one of the malefactors which were hanged railed on Him, saying, If Thou be Christ, save Thyself and us. (Luke 23:36-39 ACP/KJV)

Right up till the very time that Jesus was put in the grave, the unsaved were able to see Him, but look what happens after Jesus is resurrected from the dead.

Luke Chapter Twenty-Four

1 Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them. 2 And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre. 3 And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus.

4 And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments: 5 And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, "Why seek ye the living among the dead? 6 He is not here, but is risen: remember how He spake unto you when He was yet in Galilee, 7 saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again."

8 And they remembered His words, 9 and returned from the sepulchre, and told all these things unto the eleven, and to all the rest. 10 It was Mary Magdalene, and Joanna, and Mary the mother of James, and other women that were with them, which told these things unto the apostles. 11 And their words seemed to them as idle tales, and they believed them not.

12 Then arose Peter, and ran unto the sepulchre; and stooping down, he beheld the linen clothes laid by themselves, and departed, wondering in himself at that which was come to pass.

13 And, behold, two of them went that same day to a village called Emmaus, which was from Jerusalem about threescore furlongs. 14 And they talked together of all these things which had happened. 15 And it came to pass, that, while they communed together and reasoned, Jesus Himself drew near, and went with them. 16 But their eyes were holden(mentally unknowing or unseeing) that they should not know Him.

17 And He said unto them, What manner of communications are these that ye have one to another, as ye walk, and are sad? 18 And the one of them, whose name was Cleopas, answering said unto Him, "Art Thou only a stranger in Jerusalem, and hast not known the things which are come to pass there in these days?"

19 And He said unto them, What things? And they said unto Him, "Concerning Jesus of Nazareth, which was a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people: 20 And how the chief priests and our rulers delivered Him to be condemned to death, and have crucified Him. 21 But we trusted that it had been He which should have redeemed Israel: and beside all this, to day is the third day since these things were done.

22 Yea, and certain women also of our company made us astonished, which were early at the sepulchre; 23 And when they found not His body, they came, saying, that they had also seen a vision of angels, which said that He was alive. 24 And certain of them which were with us went to the sepulchre, and found it even so as the women had said: but Him they saw not."

25 Then He said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken: 26 Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into His glory? 27 And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, He expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning Himself.

28 And they drew nigh unto the village, whither they went: and He made as though He would have gone further. 29 But they constrained Him, saying, "Abide with us: for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent." And He went in to tarry with them.

30 And it came to pass, as He sat at meat with them, He took bread, and blessed it, and brake, and gave to them. 31 And their eyes were opened, and they knew Him; and He vanished out of their sight. 32 And they said one to another, "Did not our heart burn within us, while He talked with us by the way, and while He opened to us the scriptures?"

33 And they rose up the same hour, and returned to Jerusalem, and found the eleven gathered together, and them that were with them, 34 saying, "The Lord is risen indeed, and hath appeared to Simon." 35 And they told what things were done in the way, and how He was known of them in breaking of bread. 36 And as they thus spake, Jesus Himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.

37 But they were terrified and affrighted, and supposed that they had seen a spirit. 38 And He said unto them, Why are ye troubled? and why do thoughts arise in your hearts? 39 Behold My hands and My feet, that it is I Myself: handle Me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see Me have. 40 And when He had thus spoken, He shewed them His hands and His feet.

41 And while they yet believed not for joy, and wondered, He said unto them, Have ye here any meat? 42 And they gave Him a piece of a broiled fish, and of an honeycomb. 43 And He took it, and did eat before them. 44 And He said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses, and in the prophets, and in the psalms, concerning Me.

45 Then opened He their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures. 46 And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: 47 And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in His name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. 48 And ye are witnesses of these things. 49 And, behold, I send the promise of My Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from On High.

50 And He led them out as far as to Bethany, and He lifted up His hands, and blessed them. 51 And it came to pass, while He blessed them, He was parted from them, and carried up into heaven. 52 And they worshipped Him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy: 53 And were continually in the temple, praising and blessing God. Amen. (Luke 24:1-53 ACP/KJV)

In Luke 24, we find that after the resurrection of the Lord, only those who were Saved could see Him. In Romans chapter one, we read that God has given the unsaved over to a reprobate mind. It is not just the homosexuals, but all who are unsaved. In the Gospels we read that God has given an understanding of the Scriptures to us who are Saved, but to the unsaved and to the wise of this world, the Scriptures are gibberish.

How true is that? Well, some 10 years ago now, I published a monthly newspaper called The American Christian Patriot. That paper was my first real try at evangelizing. While I had 1,000 plus a month printed up, the paper was really for only 10 men. Each of these ten men got a copy of the paper's draft and a note asking them to please proof read it for me. Every last one of those men had advanced degrees, anywhere from Doctorate's in Medicine to a Master's in English, to PhD's in engineering. To the best of my knowledge not one of them got truly Saved,. Not one. My own brother asked me not to send him anymore of them after receiving about six. He told me that nothing I wrote made any sense to him. Three PhD's and nothing made sense to him, nothing. If you go to the oldest thoughts on the previous thoughts page, you can find some of the things he found to be nonsense, they will have 97 and 98 dates.

Now, how is it that we are so unsuccessful in reaching men and women, boys and girls here in the USA, and in every other "civilized" nation of the world?

Over the past two months I have been studying a lot of what Dr. Ken Hovind and Mr. Ken Ham have to say about just that.

Last Wednesday I did a thought. It is corrected and updated here for you to re-read. The corrections are very minor and are in italics with a * before them and after them.

How to find a church. Wednesday August 17th, 2005

Over the years, I have covered any number of reasons why you as a Born Again Washed in the Blood of the Lamb Christian, need to belong to, and be an active member of, a Good, Solid, Evangelical, Bible Preaching, Christ centered church. But how do you find such a church?

Well, to start, you interview the Pastor. That's right, interview him. Note the word him, if you read on the sign or walk in and find a woman pastor, simply scratch that church from your list and leave immediately. If anyone asks why you are leaving, simply tell them the truth, that you are looking for a Good, Solid, Evangelical, Bible Preaching, Christ centered church, not a social club. They are already preaching what they figure God meant to say, figuring that He, God, isn't smart enough to say what He means and mean what He says in His book the Holy Bible.

So, now let's start:

Your first question: "Pastor, tell me, what must I or anyone do to be saved?"

When he answers you, if he adds or subtracts even one condition to the below, walk away.

He should tell you that in order to be saved, you must do exactly what the Bible teaches one must to do to be Saved. And while he may use much more Scripture, they should all support these verses of Scripture:

...Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

4 Nicodemus saith unto Him, "How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?" 5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. 8 The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

9 Nicodemus answered and said unto Him, "How can these things be?" 10 Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things? 11 Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness. 12 If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?

13 And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but He that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven. 14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: 15 That whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have eternal life.

16 For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him (Jesus) should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on Him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

19 And this is the condemnation, that Light (Jesus) is come into the world, and men loved darkness (satan) rather than Light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the Light, neither cometh to the Light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the Light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God. (John 3:3-21 ACP/KJV)

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:9&10 ACP/KJV)

So, in answer to your question, his short answer must be, "You must be Born Again." He should then go on to explain what Born Again means, Scripturally and with Scripture. Bottom line, only one man in the entire Bible heard theses words: "Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with Me in paradise" When you get some time, read Luke 23, pay attention to what that thief that heard those words did and said before Jesus looked at him and said "Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise".

The second thing to ask Him is: "Pastor, how do you feel about the ordination of women and or homosexuals?" If he has anything other than opposition to both, walk away. Don't argue with him, don't explain, simply say, "Thank you for your time," and leave. The Bible is very clear that only a man can pastor a church and that man can not be a homosexual.

Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. For Adam was first formed, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression. (1 Timothy 2:11-14 ACP/KJV)

If a man desire the office of a bishop, he desireth a good work. A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behavior, given to hospitality, apt to teach; not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous; one that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity. (For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?)

Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil. Moreover he must have a good report of them which are without; lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.

Likewise must the deacons be grave, not doubletongued, not given to much wine, not greedy of filthy lucre; holding the mystery of the faith in a pure conscience. And let these also first be proved; then let them use the office of a deacon, being found blameless.

Even so must their wives be grave, not slanderers, sober, faithful in all things.

Let the deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well. For they that have used the office of a deacon well purchase to themselves a good degree, and great boldness in the faith which is in Christ Jesus. (1 Timothy 3:1-13 ACP/KJV)

And why is this so important? Why is it so important for a preacher to not accept women or homosexuals into the ranks of the clergy? Read what God, through His Apostle Paul said to Titus:

For this cause left I thee in Crete, that thou shouldest set in order the things that are wanting, and ordain elders in every city, as I had appointed thee: If any be blameless, the husband of one wife, having faithful children not accused of riot or unruly. For a bishop must be blameless, as the steward of God; not selfwilled, not soon angry, not given to wine, no striker, not given to filthy lucre; but a lover of hospitality, a lover of good men, sober, just, holy, temperate; holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers.

For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers, specially they of the circumcision: Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre's sake. (Titus1:5-11 ACP/KJV)

The third thing to ask him is this: "Pastor, in Genesis chapter one, God claims to have made the earth in six, twenty four hour days, what do you think?" If he tells you that the word 'day' in Genesis one means thousands of years or even millions of years, he is wrong. If he has said anything other than "a day means a literal 24 hours," then at that point you must tell him that you disagree, that you believe that God said and meant a literal twenty four hour day. Now, if he drops it and his answers to the previous questions have been ok, then stay and continue the interview. But if he starts an argument with you, telling you that it can't mean a literal day because science has proven that man evolved over millions of years, then thank him for his time and leave. Go find another church, for he is letting man's word tell him how to understand and interpret what God has said in His book. *Correction, if he does not believe that God can tell a 24 hour day from a million years, you need to find another church, for this is the underlying problem today in our churches, men thin they are smarter than God.*

1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. 2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. 4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. 5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

6 And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters. 7 And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so. 8 And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.

9 And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so. 10 And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good.

11 And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. 12 And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good. 13 And the evening and the morning were the third day.

14 And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: 15 And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.

16 And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also. 17 And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth. 18 And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good. 19 And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.

20 And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven. 21 And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good. 22 And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth. 23 And the evening and the morning were the fifth day.

24 And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so. 25 And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27 So God created man in His own image, in the image of God created He him; male and female created He them. 28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. 29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. 30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.

31 And God saw every thing that He had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day. (Genesis 1:1-31 ACP/KJV)

Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it. (Exodus 20:8-11 ACP/KJV)

The fourth thing you want to ask him, is this: "Pastor, how do you feel about this statement, 'the public school system in the United States has become so anti-Christian, that the time has come for Christians to either home-school their children or put them in a Christian school, but not in a public school.'" If he disagrees, but has answered the first three questions right, then simply tell him that you disagree, but you realize that God has entrusted children to their parents and that each parent must take responsibility for doing what is right for his or her children. But if he answered number three, about the meaning of day in Genesis one wrong, and this one wrong, it is time for you to politely thank him for his time and leave. I would not have a home church where the Pastor was not home schooling. I will not have a guest pastor or writer on ACP that does not home school. How can one preach on family values if he cares so little about his own children that he sends them into the Christ denying, homosexual applauding public school system? *Correction, this paragraph should add 'true Christian school', for what I am trying to say is that I would not attend a church where the pastor sent his children to public schools.*

Fifth question: "Pastor, do you believe in the Trinity? I mean, do you believe that God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit are all One and equal parts of the God Head?"

If he answers "Yes" unequivocally, stay! But, if he says "No" or even "yes, with a few and/or, or buts, you're out of there! Don't ask him to explain the Trinity to you, a "Yes!" answer is all you are looking for and requiring.

The sixth question: "Pastor, do you believe that Jesus was born of a virgin, was crucified, died and was raised from the dead?"

If he answers "Yes" unequivocally, stay! But, if he says "No" or even "yes, with a few and/or, or buts, you're out of there!

And finally, this seventh question: "Pastor the Bible teaches us: 'All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:, no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.' Pastor, do you personally believe and teach that every word in the Bible, from the 'In the beginning of Genesis 1:1 to the 'Amen' of Revelation 22:21 to be the word of God?"

Anything other than a "Yes!" should cause you to politely get up, thank him for his time and leave.

So, if you got the right answers to the questions above, you have found yourself a home church, a good Solid, Christ centered, evangelical home church. Praise GOD!!! If not, well just keep looking, there is one out there but you may have to drive a bit to get to it, Cec and I drive about a half hour each way to get to Cornerstone Gospel church in Naples. Before that we drove 45 minutes each way to get to Warren Feustal's church in Lovell, Maine.

And while there are many more questions, these seven are a real good start. Don't expect your Pastor to be perfect, he works for Jesus, he is not perfect. And never forget this, trust no man 100%. Test every sermon against the very Word of God, your Bible. The Pastor's job is to preach. His responsibility is to bring Scripture to you each week. He is not and get that word not, he is not responsible for your salvation, you are.

I love you guys and would never in a million years intentionally mislead you, but I am human, only human, I make mistakes just as every other serious, God loving, God fearing pastor and you do. As you walk into church Sunday, look and see how many people are carrying their Bibles. As you become more comfortable in your new church, offer to help. Be an active part of your new church family.

And for those of you going to phony churches, stop trying to change it from within, go find a real solid evangelical Christ centered church.

End of last Wednesday's thought, restart today's thought.

You see, we are out there trying to tell people who have no concept of a One true God who created all things in six 24 hour days, to believe in God. We are out there trying to convince a society that does not believe in sin and does not understand how sin came into the world, to turn to Jesus to be forgiven of their sins. You see, when you replace "In the beginning God created the world..." with evolution, you are saying that God doesn't know what He is talking about. As a result, we have, over the last 45 years, replaced the word of God with the word of the evolutionist.

Why does society embrace the wanton slaughter of babies trapped in the womb? Convenience and a total loss of conception of what is right and wrong in the eyes of God. You see, if you take the fact that God created the world and us out of the picture and replace it with a belief that man evolved from pond scum, and a couple of bits of dust that were soaked with acid rain, than you take away the principles of God's rules, the Ten Commandments, sin, fidelity in marriage, the sanctity of life, etc.

We need to get back to the God ordered basics, we need to get back to preaching and teaching the truth of God's word in Genesis one thru eleven. Why does my cousin, the dentist, think adultery is no big deal? It is because he believes in evolution, and as such does not believe in Genesis 1-11, where God created marriage. Why don't my brother, my cousin, my doctor and so many others believe God's word instead of man's? Well one of the reasons was articulated by a leading teacher of teachers on evolution. In one of her many seminars teaching teachers how to teach evolution and handle objections from Bible believing students, she said: "When you are faced with a student who balks at your teaching evolution based upon his or her understanding and reading of the Bible, simply tell him or her to go ask their clergy." That's right, have them ask their Pastor. Why? Well, last Wednesday I suggested the seven questions, as an interview tool in finding a good Bible believing Christ centered, Christ preaching church. Now I'm going to get radical, I'm going to ask you to go to your current Pastor and ask him question three: "Pastor, in Genesis chapter one, God claims to have made the earth in six, twenty four hour days. What do you think?" You are going to be surprised at what you hear. And then you'll understand why that teacher of teachers of evolution says "Have them go ask their clergy..." You see many of today's pastors have been taught in Christian Colleges and Seminaries that the days in Genesis one were not 24 hour days, but days that took thousands or even millions of years.

Remember the ten men I told you about, the ones that proofed the original ACP? You know why they couldn't make any sense out of what I was asking them to read? Because they and I were not talking the same language, I was talking adultery as a sin, they were looking at it as a moral issue. I was referring to abortion as first degree premeditated murder, they were looking at it as no big deal, just a convenience to get rid of an unwanted side effect of adultery. I was talking from a perspective that God created the world and us and as such were not only His creations but obligated to obey Him. They were coming from a mind set that we evolved from monkeys and pond scum and as such could set our own rules. Starting to see the problem?

How hard is it to evangelize a word that totally denies God and totally and emphatically denies and holds in contempt the very thought of the Trinity and our accountability to that Trinity? I have over the last nine years told congregation after congregation about the miraculous healing of my stomach and my voice. I have told them of the miraculous healing of my wife. Yet, and get this, yet as of today, I still can not get fellow believers to rely upon God as articulated by Him through His half brother James: Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. (James 5:14&15 ACP/KJV)

Is it any wonder that my doctor ignores my healing, ignores the miracles he saw. The miracle that he and his fellow medical men saw again when the spots and shadows on my wife's lung just disappeared? Why would I be surprised that a doctor who thinks that my God can't even define a day correctly, would believe that, that same God could heal anything? Is it any wonder that the unsaved push pills when Christians turn to pills instead of God for healing?

As I focus on the eternal destination of the unsaved, I have got to correct myself again, for you see I have for many years said that "I'm not going up on a cross for anyone, except Jesus." As I ponder the horrors of eternity in the lake of fire, I have to change that to "I would go up on a cross to save just one of those men or anyone else destined for that fate. If I was convinced that through my death they would turn to Christ and away from evolution."

The United States of America is the greatest and most difficult mission field in the world today. And as long as Christians send their kids to public schools and Christians continue to talk the talk but not walk the walk, it is going to only get worse.

How important is this? For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon Him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

but How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?

And how shall they preach, except they be sent? for, as it is written, HOW BEAUTIFUL ARE THE FEET OF THEM THAT PREACH THE GOSPEL OF PEACE, AND BRING GLAD TIDINGS OF GOOD THINGS! But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah saith, Lord, who hath believed our report? So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. (Romans 10:12-17 ACP/KJV)

Paul might have added, how can they preach about Him in whom they don't believe, for if a preacher denies a literal 24 hour day in Genesis one, then what does he believe? And if he does not believe that God is God, then how is he going to teach God's rules when he doesn't even believe in a perfect God himself?

And I guess I'm not the only one concerned with this trend. I just spoke with Rev. Jim Marstaller, the Pastor of the Cornerstone Gospel Church in Naples, Maine. He has said that his church will start airing the Ken Ham tapes Friday nights at 7:PM starting October 7th, 2005. I said, "You know Jim, you'll have to provide soft drinks, coffee, donuts, cookies and stuff." He said, "Ya?" I said, "That could be expensive." He said: "God will provide Bob, God will provide...." That my brothers is faith.

I know this is long, but I'm not quite done. And if this is too long for you, well, tough, go find a UCC site to read. I want you to read parts of Matthew chapters 10 and 25.

Matthew Chapter Ten verses 14-42 ACP/KJV

14 And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet. 15 Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.

16 Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves. 17 But beware of men: for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues; 18 And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for My sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles. 19 But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak. 20 For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you.

21 And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death. 22 And ye shall be hated of all men for My name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved. 23 But when they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another: for verily I say unto you, Ye shall not have gone over the cities of Israel, till the Son of Man be come.

24 The disciple is not above his Master, nor the servant above his Lord. 25 It is enough for the disciple that he be as his Master, and the servant as his Lord. If they have called the Master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of His household?

26 Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known. 27 What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops. 28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear Him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

29 Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father. 30 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. 31 Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows. 32 Whosoever therefore shall confess Me before men, him will I confess also before My Father which is in heaven. 33 But whosoever shall deny Me before men, him will I also deny before My Father which is in heaven.

34 Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. 35 For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. 36 And a man's foes shall be they of his own household. 37 He that loveth father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me. 38 And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after Me, is not worthy of Me.

39 He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for My sake shall find it. 40 He that receiveth you receiveth Me, and he that receiveth Me receiveth Him (God the Father) that sent Me. 41 He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward.

42 And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward.

Matthew Chapter Twenty-five verses 13-46 ACP/KJV

13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh. 14 For the kingdom of heaven is as a Man travelling into a far country, who called His own servants (all who profess to be Christians), and delivered unto them His goods (gifts)( read 1 Corinthians 12). 15 And unto one He gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took His journey.

16 Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same(used those gifts with other men), and made them other five talents. 17 And likewise he that had received two, he also gained other two. 18 But he that had received one went and digged in the earth, and hid his Lord's money.

19 After a long time the Lord of those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them. 20 And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, "Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more." 21 His Lord said unto him, "Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy Lord."

22 He also that had received two talents came and said, "Lord, Thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them." 23 His Lord said unto him, "Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord."

24 Then he which had received the one talent came and said, "Lord, I knew Thee that Thou art an hard man, reaping where Thou hast not sown, and gathering where Thou hast not strawed: 25 And I was afraid, and went and hid Thy talent in the earth: lo, there Thou hast that is Thine." 26 His Lord answered and said unto him, "Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed: 27 Thou oughtest therefore to have put My money to the exchangers, and then at My coming I should have received Mine own with usury." 28 "Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents. 29 For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath. 30 And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth." (To further understand the talents read Mark 4:)

31 When the Son of man shall come in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then shall He sit upon the throne of His glory: 32 And before Him shall be gathered all nations: and He shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:

33 And He shall set the sheep(Saved) on His right hand, but the goats(unsaved) on the left. 34 Then shall the King say unto them on His right hand, "Come, ye blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: 35 For I was an hungred, and ye gave Me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave Me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took Me in: 36 Naked, and ye clothed Me: I was sick, and ye visited Me: I was in prison, and ye came unto Me."

37 Then shall the righteous answer Him, saying, "Lord, when saw we Thee an hungred, and fed Thee? or thirsty, and gave Thee drink? 38 When saw we Thee a stranger, and took Thee in? or naked, and clothed Thee? 39 Or when saw we Thee sick, or in prison, and came unto Thee?"

40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, "Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these My brethren(Born Again Washed in the Blood of the Lamb Christians, for they are the brothers and sisters of the Lord Jesus), ye have done it unto Me."

41 Then shall He say also unto them on the left hand, "Depart from Me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: 42 For I was an hungred, and ye gave Me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave Me no drink: 43 I was a stranger, and ye took Me not in: naked, and ye clothed Me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited Me not."

44 Then shall they also answer Him, saying, "Lord, when saw we Thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto Thee?"

45 Then shall He answer them, saying, "Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to Me." 46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal. (Matthew 25:1-46 ACP/KJV as of 11 March 2004)

Men, the point is this, we have lost this culture because we have judged God's book, the Holy Bible by man's definitions and fake science. The only way we get it back is to start at the beginning and teach it as the infallible word of God. We have got to get back to basics, we have to separate ourselves from the thinking and teachings of the world and get back into the Bible. We have to develop and teach a Christ centered, God believing Christian world view for ourselves and our families and turn our backs on the lies of the secular humanist world view.

When your kids are in the public school, if they dare mention the Bible when being indoctrinated into the world of evolution, they are going to be asked to answer this question: "So where did Cain get his wife?" They are going to come home and ask you the same question, "Where did Cain get his wife?" Can you answer it? Can your Pastor? No? Turn off the television and open your Bible. You'll find the answer in Genesis. And before you yell, "Why that's incest!" Remember the outlawing of marrying close kin did not come until the law and Moses. You didn't know that either? Maybe you had best sit your Pastor down and ask him all seven questions.

Men, don't take God's word lightly. Take it seriously, for one day soon you are going to find out the truth of Scripture starting with Hebrews 9:27 and Romans 14:11 and 12.

Is it any wonder that the likes of John Baldacci, Susan Collins, Ted Kennedy, Olympia Snowe and others are the way they are? How could we expect them to be any different when we in the Christian world would rather watch the prime time sitcoms on television than read God's Holy Book?

Is it any wonder that the likes of John Baldacci, Susan Collins, Ted Kennedy, Olympia Snowe and others are the way they are? How could we expect them to be any differently when we in the Christian world would rather believe a dead guy rotting in a grave and being eaten up by worms than the Lord God of Creation who was raised from the dead?

How bad is the problem? I spoke to a friend who is a Pastor a few days ago. I asked him how his eye was doing. He sounded surprised when he told me how he had gone to his eye doctor and the eye doctor had told him that his eye was doing better and wouldn't need to be operated on at this time. I listened to him and then asked myself why he was surprised, for that same pastor and I had prayed over his wife, anointing her with oil when she had shingles and he saw her get healed within one hour. Yet, he takes some twenty pills a day and is surprised when his eye is getting better. And he is one very fundamental Pastor. Do you see how bad it has become? Are you starting to get a grasp of the depth of the problem?

Let's start by giving the next generation a chance. Let's start by taking our kids out of public schools and getting them into either a good solid Christ preaching, Bible believing Christian School that teaches creation instead of evolution, or better yet home schooling them.

Let's start by turning off the televison at night and instead having Bible study. Let's start by taking the kids off of pills and putting them on discipline, spankings and prayer.

In other words, let's kick the secular world and thinking out of our homes and invite Christ and His teachings and His rod view in.

OK, that's it, I'm done for the time being. Let me close with this prayer:

Lord God Creator of the universe, hear this my prayer, prayed in the name of Your Holy, sinless, Lamb, my Lord and my Savior, Christ Jesus.

Lord God Creator of all things, deal with us. Prove to us that You love us, for You have said that You only punish those You love. Well Lord, it is time You showed Your love for us by taking us, the self professing, lying for the most part, Christian community, behind the wood shed.

Amen.

PLease pray for Danny Calhoun, Danny and Theresa Gilpatrick, Seth Winslow, George Robert and this ministry and all involved with it.

The Lord our God, Christ Jesus, be with and bless you all, amen.

The difference between a true preacher and a false preacher comes down to this. The true preacher uses God's word to convict of sin, the false preacher twist God's word to justify sin. The Lord our God, Christ Jesus be with you always, amen.

The Lord God of the Universe, Messiah Y'shua be with you all, amen.

It is better to be a horse fly in the stables of the Lord Jesus than the CEO of hell.

All Scripture quoted, in both sermons and daily thoughts, except when done by a guest, is from the ACP/authorized 1611 King James Version. The words in red are those quotes of God the Son, the Lord Jesus and the words in purple are those qoutes spoken directly by God the Father and the words in this sickly greenish color are of satan. But all of the Bible is spoken by God and should be viewed as God's handbook for us to run our lives by 2 Timothy 3:16.
