Redemption through His blood...

Let us look at a hard cold fact. You are either Christ's through being washed in His voluntary shed blood or you are satan's through the involuntary shed blood of human sacrifices. One way or the other, you have been purchased with blood, either the Lord's unto redemption and salvation or satan's unto eternal damnation. There is no half way point, there is no purgatory, there is no grey, only white or black, eternal salvation with the Lord in the glory of paradise or eternal damnation and torment in the lake of fire.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: According as He hath chosen us in Himself before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love:

Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, wherein He hath made us accepted in the beloved. In whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace; (Ephesians 1:3-7)

Sometimes it is hard for us to really understand how much the Lord must love us. How He voluntarily shed His blood so that we could have a way to salvation, how much He lovess us to be a sacrifice in our places. It is hard for us to understand that it is by His shed blood that we have the way to salvation and that anyone who receives that salvation receives it by His grace and because of His suffering and His blood. Those who are saved are therefore washed in the Blood of the Lamb, Christ Jesus, Christians.

Read how the Lord puts it:

John Chapter Six starting with verse 24 quoted from the ACP/KJV

24 When the people therefore saw that Jesus was not there, neither His disciples, they also took shipping, and came to Capernaum, seeking for Jesus.

25 And when they had found Him on the other side of the sea, they said unto Him, "Rabbi, when camest Thou hither?" 26 Jesus answered them and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Ye seek Me, not because ye saw the miracles, but because ye did eat of the loaves, and were filled. 27 Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for Him hath God the Father sealed.

28 Then said they unto Him, "What shall we do, that we might work the works of God?" 29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on Him (Yeshua/Jesus) whom He (Yahweh) hath sent. 30 They said therefore unto Him, "What sign shewest Thou then, that we may see, and believe Thee? what dost Thou work? 31 Our fathers did eat manna in the desert; as it is written, HE GAVE THEM BREAD FROM HEAVEN TO EAT."(Exodus 16:15)

32 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but My Father giveth you the true bread from heaven. 33 For the bread of God is He(Yeshua/Jesus) which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world.

34 Then said they unto Him, "Lord, evermore give us this bread."

35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life:

he that cometh to Me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on Me shall never thirst. 36 But I said unto you, That ye also have seen Me, and believe not. 37 All that the Father giveth Me shall come to Me; and him that cometh to Me I will in no wise cast out. 38 For I came down from heaven, not to do Mine own will, but the will of Him that sent Me.

39 And this is the Father's will which hath sent Me, that of all which He hath given Me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.

40 And this is the will of Him that sent Me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on Him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise Him up at the last day.

41 The Jews then murmured at Him, because He said, I am the bread which came down from heaven. 42 And they said, "Is not this Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? how is it then that He saith, 'I came down from heaven'?"

43 Jesus therefore answered and said unto them, Murmur not among yourselves. 44 No man can come to Me, except the Father which hath sent Me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day. 45 It is written in the prophets, AND THEY SHALL BE ALL TAUGHT OF GOD (Isaiah 54:14 & Jeremiah 31:34). Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto Me. 46 Not that any man hath seen the Father, save He(Yeshua/Jesus) which is of God, He hath seen the Father.

47 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on Me hath everlasting life. 48 I am that bread of life. 49 Your fathers did eat manna in the wilderness, and are dead. 50 This (Yeshua/Jesus) is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die.

51 I am the Living Bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this Bread, he shall live for ever: and the Bread that I will give is My flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.

52 The Jews therefore strove among themselves, saying, "How can this man give us His flesh to eat?"

53 Then Jesus said unto them,

Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink His blood, ye have no Life in you. 54 Whoso eateth My flesh, and drinketh My blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. 55 For My flesh is meat indeed, and My blood is drink indeed. 56 He that eateth My flesh, and drinketh My blood, dwelleth in Me, and I in him.

57 As the living Father hath sent Me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth Me, even he shall live by Me.

58 This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever.

59 These things said He in the synagogue, as He taught in Capernaum. 60 Many therefore of His disciples, when they had heard this, said, "This is an hard saying; who can hear it?"

61 When Jesus knew in Himself that His disciples murmured at it, He said unto them, Doth this offend you? 62 What and if ye shall see the Son of man ascend up where He was before? 63 It is the Spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are Spirit, and they are Life. 64 But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray Him.

65 And He said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto Me, except it were given unto Him of My Father. 66 From that time many of His disciples went back, and walked no more with Him. 67 Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away?

68 Then Simon Peter answered Him, "Lord, to whom shall we go? Thou hast the words of eternal life. 69 And we believe and are sure that Thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God."

70 Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil? 71 He spake of Judas Iscariot the son of Simon: for he it was that should betray Him, being one of the twelve. (John 6:24-71 ACP/KJV)

If you are not cleansed with the Blood of Jesus, you are not saved. Read these verses again: Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink His blood, ye have no Life in you. (John 6:53-56 ACP/KJV)

The Lord is not talking about you physically eating His flesh or physically drinking His blood, He is driving the point home that you must accept what He did, you must understand that it is through His being the sacrificial Lamb for you that you can be Saved, and that you are to celebrate communion receiving bread signifying His flesh and wine signifying His blood in remembrance of what He did. Did you know that in the cult of Roman Catholicism, they claim that when they have their communion, it is the re-crucifixion of the Lord each and every time, they say that the 'host' a large wafer of sorts, is really the body of Jesus and that when the priest breaks it, he is crucifying the Lord all over again. Not in remembrance, but an actual re-crucifixion of the Lord.

Perhaps if we look to the Apostle Paul he can shed some light and help me, by using Scripture to explain this more throughly.

That the Lord Jesus the same night in which He was betrayed took bread: And when He had given thanks, He brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is My body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of Me.

After the same manner also He took the cup, when He had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in My blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink it, in remembrance of Me.

For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till he come. Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord. But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup. For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body. (1 Corinthians 11:23-29)

Are you starting to see that being a Christian is not just putting a bumper sticker on your car or wearing a two dollar piece of jewelry? Are you starting to understand what the Lord did for you and what He expects from you in return?

Jesus, sacrificed Himself for you, in return He expects you to serve Him. You are not His buddy, you are not His friend, you are not His peer, you are indebted to Him for saving you from eternal damnation in the lake of fire, a damnation each and every one of us rightly deserves. And in return He expects us to spread His word, and to never ever deny Him. To never deny Him by your speech, your actions, your dress, your demeanor, or your behavior, for He has said: But whosoever shall deny Me before men, him will I also deny before My Father which is in heaven. (Matthew 10:24 ACP/KJV)

You can not be perfect, you can not live a perfect and peaceful life, but you can try. You can try to follow in the Lord's footsteps, you can try to repay Him for what He did. You can't repay Him and He does not expect you too, but you can try by never ever denying Him and by preaching His word to every creature.

The Lord be with you all, amen.

Pray for my friend Mac, pray for Rush and Michael Savage. While the Lord does not need the platforms and audiences that Rush and Michael have, they, Rush, Michael and their audiences need the Lord.

The Lord God of the Universe, Messiah Y'shua be with you all, amen.

The Lord be with and bless you all and may you all keep this very important point in mind. It is better to be a horse fly in the stables of the Lord Jesus than the CEO of hell.

Lord I would also ask You to be with my friend Mac, and for the salvation of Michael Savage and Rush Limbaugh. Amen.

All Scripture quoted, in both sermons and daily thoughts, except when done by a guest, is from the ACP/authorized 1611 King James Version. The words in red are those quotes of God the Son, the Lord Jesus and the words in purple are those qoutes spoken directly by God the Father and the words in this sickly greenish color are of satan. But all of the Bible is spoken by God and should be viewed as God's handbook for us to run our lives by 2 Timothy 3:16.
