Thank God for Steve,
While on many occasions I have referred to abortionist as the high priest of baal, and girls who have had abortions as girls offering their babies as human blood sacrifices to baal, God's word most often uses molech instead of baal. But, baal and molech are both synonyms for satan.
Today we are going to look at the warning giving to dads who allow their unmarried daughter to have an abortion and husbands who allow their wife to have an abortion.
In Leviticus 18:21 we read: And thou shalt not let any of thy seed pass through the fire to molech, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am the LORD.
In Leviticus 20 God goes further with this:
1. And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, 2. Again, thou shalt say to the children of Israel, 'Whosoever he be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn in Israel, that giveth any of his seed unto molech; he shall surely be put to death: the people of the land shall stone him with stones.'
3. And I will set my face against that man, and will cut him off from among his people; because he hath given of his seed unto molech, to defile My sanctuary, and to profane My holy name. 4. And if the people of the land do any ways hide their eyes from the man, when he giveth of his seed unto molech, and kill him not: 5. Then I will set My face against that man, and against his family, and will cut him off, and all that go a whoring after him, to commit whoredom with molech, from among their people. (Leviticus 20:1-5 ACP/KJV)
OK guys, let's face it, you can't get pregnant, so God has got to be saying to that fathers and husbands. He is saying that society is to have a law calling for capital punishment of those husbands who allow their wife to have an abortion and those fathers who allow their unmarried daughter to have an abortion. We are not talking about the daughter or wife who has an abortion here, we are talking about the father who does not stop his unmarried daughter from having an abortion and the husband who does not stop his wife from having and abortion.
Now, you don't have to worry about society having a law that will condemn you to death if your unmarried daughter or wife has an abortion, but you do have to worry about God killing you, for read what God has said about who you should be concerned about.
And fear not them(anyone or anything other than God) which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear Him(God) which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. (Matthew 10:28 ACP/KJV)
No, society is not going to harm a hair on your head for killing babies in the womb. If anything, society today will reward you. Has not the government passed rules forcing insurance companies to pay for abortions? No, don't worry about the cop on the street or the judge dressed in black, but instead worry about what happens the micro second after you die; And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: (Hebrews 9:27) For this judgement is by God using His rules.
But there is hope for you fathers who have allowed your unmarried daughters to have an abortion, just as there is hope for husbands who have allowed their wife have an abortion.
Up until the time that God came to earth, as a man named Jesus, there was little if any help for any involved in the act of abortion or infanticide. Today, thanks be to God and what He did for us on the cross, we do have hope. The hope is in Christ by believing in the Gospel and repenting.
For Jesus Himself said:
Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, and saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel. (Mark 1:14&15 ACP/KJV)
There are two things we all need to understand, not just those who have allowed their unmarried daughter or wife who have an abortion, because we are all sinners, some saved by Grace, others in need of repenting and believing the Gospel. We are going to look at them in reverse order.
"believe the gospel" In order to be saved, you must believe that what Jesus did on the cross is sufficient. You must believe that He is God and that He and only He has the power to forgive your sins.
The second point and a part of salvation that is absolutely mandatory is for you to "repent". Now it is that word "repent", that we need to understand. For it does not merely mean saying "I'm sorry", no it means much, much more.
In the original Greek, the word repent is "metanoeo". It means: to think differently or afterwards, i.e. reconsider (morally, feel compunction). To think differently, to reconsider, moral compulsion to think and act differently. So, you can not just say you are sorry, you must prove it by changing your behavior and morals. To repent is to no longer focus on man's laws of what is right and wrong, but instead seek to do what God considers right, and to avoid doing what God considers wrong.
So, yes, just as the unmarried daughter who has had an abortion can be forgiven, so can the father of that girl. Just as the wife who has had her baby offered up to molech as a human blood sacrifice can be forgiven, so can her husband. But, they can only be forgiven individually and by: believing the Gospel and repenting.
Now for you out there who are smugly sitting there and asking yourself just what this thought has to do with you, here is your answer, straight from Scripture.
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall they(the unsaved) call on Him(Jesus) in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? (Romans 10:13-15a ACP/KJV)
But, you say, "Pastor Bob, I'm not ordained, I'm not a preacher, I have not been sent." and I will say to you, hogwash, for no other than Christ Himself has ordained you and commanded you to go and preach the Gospel. Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
As we approach the time of the year when we celebrate the birth of our Lord and our Saviour, Christ Jesus, let us vow to do as He has commanded and Love and Fear Him and tell others about His loving plan of salvation.
Feel free to use anything on ACP to help you in this endeavor. Anyone with Adobe 5 and above can go to ChristianPatriot.com/what.pdf and download the What if Jesus is the Christ flyer.
What better gift could you give the Lord for His birthday this year than to obey Him and tell another about Him?
Lord Jesus, help us to be politically incorrect, but Christ correct. And Jesus please help me to further understand that which I am now studying. Amen.
Sha'al shalowm Yruwshalaim.

The difference between a true preacher and a false preacher comes down to this. The true preacher uses God's word to convict of sin, the false preacher twist God's word to justify sin. The Lord our God, Christ Jesus be with you always, amen.
The Lord our God, Christ Jesus, be with you all and please keep your pastor and me in your prayers. Amen. My prayer daily is "Lord please bless those tenfold who bless me."
Pray for the President, pray for Attorney General John Ashcroft, pray for me, pray for all those who open their mouths or take pen in hand in an effort to sway public opinion.
The Lord God of the Universe, Messiah Y'shua be with you all, amen.
It is better to be a horse fly in the stables of the Lord Jesus than the CEO of hell.
All Scripture quoted, in both sermons and daily thoughts, except when done by a guest, is from the ACP/authorized 1611 King James Version. The words in red are those quotes of God the Son, the Lord Jesus and the words in purple are those qoutes spoken directly by God the Father and the words in this sickly greenish color are of satan. But all of the Bible is spoken by God and should be viewed as God's handbook for us to run our lives by 2 Timothy 3:16.
