"If you are in a situation where you are under fire from the enemy... if there is any chance of creating civilian casualties or if you don't know whether you will create civilian casualties, if you can withdraw from that situation without firing, then you must do so”
There is a special place in the lowest parts of hell reserved for baby in the womb murders and those who issue orders like this "If you are in a situation where you are under fire from the enemy... if there is any chance of creating civilian casualties or if you don't know whether you will create civilian casualties, if you can withdraw from that situation without firing, then you must do so” and those officers who demand compliance with them.
Our Marines are cannon fodder for obama and the stars are more interested in their pay checks than the men they command.
